They were able to get me in without having to come back next year 2023 and all of the staff made it a good experience.

And their work is top notch as well. I came in worth an emergency, they not only got me in right away, but took the time to explain my options, got me tied up and in my way with zero problems!

I had a great experience with everyone at Arrowhead Ranch Dentistry, but I am leaving really disappointed with their billing practices. Before deciding to proceed with a Night Guard, I met with their patient insurance coordinator to find out how much my insurance would cover. After receiving the quote, I had all work completed over the course of 2 more visits and several weeks. I paid my portion and left with a $0 account balance. Their coordinator even commented on how amazing my insurance was for covering such a huge portion of the Night Guard. Months later, I received a bill for over $200. I can understand if the insurance chose not to completely cover something, but that information should have been provided up front. To be fair, I have not contacted the office to try to dispute this charge because I moved recently and didn't have the time or energy to devote to it. Just leaving this here as a warning - you may receive a surprise bill after services...

I was referred by my Neighbor. I currently have been with my Dentist for 12 years. I love them! However the last visit I felt I wasn't either being heard or maybe it was time to change. Today I saw Dr. Joe Nguyen and Dina they were wonderful! I appreciated his honesty, his conservative approach and his professionalism! The whole office staff, very kind!! Oh what to do!
