OnCall Dental Urgent Care

I was in need of an extraction and was a bit scared of having my tooth yanked out. I have anxiety towards procedures and was extended great kindness, sensitivity and compassion. But physically, it was easier than I could’ve ever imagined. I was even nervous about the local anesthetic, but was done so amazingly that it truly was just a pinch. I was fully numbed up and it was done and over with in no time. I even said that I was embarrassed for how nervous I was because it was so simple and easy for me. And everything healed beautifully. I got a cleaning and two fillings a week later. Brittany, Desiree, and Dr To were fantastic with me, and everyone I met at the front were amazing. Overall, I don’t have any reason to fear visits to the dentist anymore. What a great experience and standard for dental care!

On Call Dental got me right in when I needed an emergency extraction. All the staff we're so kind and made me feel comfortable. Dr Bui was awesome and the techs were great. I will definitely go there again for regular dental care.

I knew Dr. To was amazing when I first began working with him. I am absolutely sure Dr. To is the best now that I've become one of his patients! He and Dr. Bui are both second to none in skill, technique, and how they treat their patients. I confidently trust either doctor with my teeth and smile, since Dr. Bui did a complete exam for me, and Dr. To did my fillings!
A little background: I am a hygienist and have been a hygienist for several years. I also have a tendency to develop decay because of genetic factors, since I brush and floss and do all I'm supposed to in order to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I'm also very difficult to numb and definitely have dental anxiety when I'm a patient. Dr. To is one of the few dentists who not only made sure I was comfortable emotionally for the duration of my time as a patient, but he also made sure I was profoundly numb and I never experienced one second of pain! It's rare for that to happen for me, which is why I experience such anxiety as a patient. Layla and Courtney were two of the best assistants ever, and they were extremely attentive to what I needed and both worked extremely well with the doctors. You can tell that Dr. To cares about his employees by the kind and professional way he interacts with his staff. That same care is extended to his patients, as evidenced by his checking in and making sure I was okay while he worked on my teeth.
I usually worry about how my teeth will fit together after fillings, and I can verify that they fit together perfectly! Dr. To even corrected a natural tooth anatomy factor which contributed the reoccurence of decay. Treatment and prevention... all in the same visit!! So... without a doubt, if you're looking for a dentist who really cares about his people, On Call Dental Glendale is the best choice you could make! Because this dental office is the dental office other dental professionals choose to go to for their own care!

I do not typically write reviews, but after the exceptional experience I recently had at OnCall Dental, I felt it was necessary. When I walked in, I received a warm welcome from Maria and Karen. I was promptly brought back for x-rays and had a phenomenal cleaning by Cindy. She provided me with great tips for oral care and and showed me so much compassion. The best part is she provides a little neck pillow during the cleaning (it sort of makes you feel like you are at a spa).

I came back a week later to have a couple cavities filled. I went into the appointment a little anxious not knowing what to expect. Dr. To and Courtney made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They kept me informed on what they were doing and were very caring. Dr. To seamlessly numbed up the area he was working on and I did not feel a thing. When he was done with the filling I was shocked because it was so quick and smooth. Thank you Dr. To for the great bedside manner and expertise. I will not get my dental care anywhere but OnCall Dental.

Absolutely horrible. On a Friday morning, we called them and asked how long it would take to get me in because my mouth was in so much pain. They told me they could get me in the next day, which I thought was pretty fast. I got to the dentist and i waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes while I had a huge ice pack on my face and crying. Once I got in, the nurse did x-rays and after she told me that the doctor will come in and look at my mouth. Waited another 30 minutes in the chair in the worst pain i’ve ever been in. The doctor came in and picked at my teeth. It seemed like he had no idea what he was doing… he told me that it could maybe be this or maybe be that. All they did was give me medicine that I had to pick up from my pharmacy. I left the dentist with no information about my mouth. I thought they are professionals who should be able to figure out what’s wrong with my mouth? Isn’t that what an emergency dentist is for? I do not recommend this place at all.

My husband had emergency dental work done as well as follow up visits. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Every staff member was amazing. From the front office to the dentist himself. Everyone was kind and made my husband feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you OnCall for being so professional and kind.

I was in so much pain yesterday. They got me in same day and did a root canal and saved my tooth. The doctor went over my options clearly and Im very happy with the results. I had to pay out-of-pocket since I don’t have insurance and they were reasonable in their pricing.

Had an appt. recently for a half mouth cleaning and tooth extraction. Wonderful experience and I don't like going to the dentist. The doctors and hygienists at On Call are great both in their attitude and professionalism. They make you want to come back for another appt. Dr. To and Dr. Bui are young doctors and boy do they know what they're doing... dedicated and enthusiastic about their work. Brittany did my cleaning and was just the best... friendly and always concerned about my comfort. The quality of her work was outstanding. I'm actually looking forward to getting the other half of my teeth done. On Call Dental is definately my go to clinic for me.

I am proudly giving this establishment 5 stars. Before I called to make an appointment I read several of the comments. After about five or so I decided to pick up the phone. I ended up needing a Root Canal and it was very convenient to have it done at the same place. Dr. To is a great Dentist and did an excellent job! He was very personable and explained things well. Cindy is so knowledgeable and friendly while conducting X-ray and cleanings. The office staff is very welcoming and friendly. The extended hours and weekend availability along with the top notch staff make this now my family’s preferred Dentist.

For years Dentist told me that they could not help me Always made me feel uncomfortable when I was there. So I did not know what to expect when I arrived. It shocked me on friendly and caring the staff was. The doctor was Amazing Kind understanding and did not make fun of me. I truly believe this dentist is out of this world. And believe me I've had some very bad Dentist. If you're not trying this Dentist you're wasting your money. Doctor thank you for helping me I look forward to seeing you again
