Sahuarita Modern Dentistry

I don't know how, but my dog got a hold of and chewed up my partial 2 nights before my out of state trip. I called Sahuarita Modern Dentristry in a panic as it filled in for my front tooth.

The staff was amazing! They showed not only professionalism but kindness as well. 1) No one made fun of me. 2) They fit me in and called around until they found a lab who could deliver next day. 3) It didn't cost me my whole trip budget. 4) The partial actually came same day. 5) They called next day to ensure I was happy and wish me a safe trip.

I see no need to go anywhere else for my dental needs.

Modern equipment, very clean, staff are very accommodating. Thank you Lisa for doing a superb job! I had my teeth cleaned and I’m happy for the result!!

Entering the office I was welcomed by a young lady named Joanna. Very pleasant and great personality. While I was getting my dental work done, I young lady by the name of Maritza made sure the I was comfortable and checked on me make sure everything was ok till I saw the doctor. This lady takes a lot of pride in her work.made me feel special at all time's. I recommend this office to anyone that needs dental work. Only thing I didn't like was being called sir. Lol thanks ladies.

The crew this dentistry has IS GREAT!!!! Joanna and Nicole received me with a smile in their face, they are very friendly and they make you feel at home! (Yes on a Saturday!) Terry the hygienist and Karisma, made this visit fun! Didn’t had the time to think on the dental cleaning! THANK YOU GUYS!!!

Worst dental experience of my life. Expensive and under power (inexperienced) for what they're trying to sell. Had to return on multiple occasions to have a simple procedure completed. Damaged tooth under where they worked. Everyone in the office is arrogant and condescending. I had to wait an hour to be seen and still no doctor came to me. I saw the owner Dr. Dindal and he was very condescending and sarcastic during my treatment because he seemed put off that the dr. that started the treatment moved leaving him holding the bag. Terrible customer service no interest in helping me get the work completed, corrected or listening to what I had to say. Wanted to blame me for being unhappy with the order of treatment they suggested. Staff populated with young people with no experience or ability to do the work they've been tasked with then get upset when you question it or are unhappy with something. 8/9/19
UPDATE: I just got a message from a 'Jessica' at this office reminding me of my appointment. I called back to speak with Jessica and the lady goes "We don't have anyone here by that name". I call back after checking my info and the next lady recognizes the name Jessica. I reminded her of how much I loathe them and to lose my number AGAIN and said "This is just another example of why I don't use you guys. You don't even know who is working there." UNBELIEVABLE.

After our regular dentist retired we tried several practices before we went to see them. The hygienists did an excellent job every time. We have moved out of state, but do recommend trying their services before going elsewhere in Green Valley or Sahuarita. Thank you guys

I am a typical ANTI dentist type of person. Subsequently, I have a lot of stuff that needs to be fixed and repaired. I went in yesterday for one of the worst possible procedures I can think of...an extraction. I can say for certain that Dr. Dindal and his staff were WONDERFUL. Dr. Dindal explained the entire procedure, didn't force additional procedures, and was calm and pleasant the entire visit. He is truly a GREAT dentist and I'm not even worried about seeing him again in the future. Great place to go and great place to get treated. Even my 4 year old and 11 year old enjoyed seeing him.

Absolutely the most professional and friendliest staff i’ve encountered. The front office personnel receive you with a smile and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. Dr. Dindal took the time to speak with me and make sure I understood as well as felt comfortable with everything. It didn’t feel like a business transaction, it was apparent to me he obviously cares about his clients! Dr. Dindal’s assistant Annette is top notch and well versed in what she does. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Dindal and his staff that I will absolutely return as well as recommend anyone in search of a Dentist to visit Dr. Dindal. Thank you to you and your staff Dr. Dindal!!!

TL;DR,
DO NOT LET THEM SELL YOU ON SMILE GENERATION FINANCIAL.
DENTIST POPPED ONE OF MY FILLINGS OUT WHILE CLEANING AND HAS STILL IGNORED MY REQUESTS TO FIX.

They make it seem as though they want to help but this is the worst loan service I have ever used and I'm positive the only reason they promote it so hard is because they get a nice cut of the money SmileGen squeezes out of you.
My monthly payments have been less than $50 because I have gotten so ahead of them, I still pay extra so I can dump this scam sooner than later, but I was late on a payment this month. To compensate I paid nearly twice my bill and yet now my monthly has shot up to $93 and a nice late fee was slapped onto my account (I expected this but the late fee wasn't charged until AFTER I submitted my payment). On top of that my account doesn't even seem to reflect the payment I made at all though it shows that it was accepted.

As for their dental work, I had a root canal and multiple cavities filled. The root canal was done excellently and I have absolutely no complaints there but when the second dentist was brought in to clean up my fillings, he popped one out, acknowledged to his assistant that he saw he popped one out, and never went back in to replace it. I will share the blame as I was conscious and saw what he did as well but the fact that he was so nonchalant about it and didn't seem to care what he had done led me to believe it was just a large bit of plaque that had popped out of my teeth and not the filling I had just paid for. I didn't even make the connection until I had gotten home and tried to eat something.

Do NOT go to Sahuarita Modern Dentistry. It's easy to believe they want what's best for you, they definitely sold me their routine, but remember this is a business first and what they want is your money.

I went to SMD with a toothache and a healthy fear of the dentist. Everyone was so helpful and understanding. The Dentist Dr. Dindal was friendly and informative. I was able to schedule a follow up appointment and make an affordable payment plan, which honestly helped me feel a lot less anxious. I highly recommend this place!
