I had a appointment at 130pm. After about a 15min wait I was seen and had x-rays taken. Then was left waiting in the dentist chair till 310pm. I left without ever seeing the dentist.

I could not open my mouth more than 1/2 inch for 6 weeks after Dr.Vu injected the local anesthetic. He didn't wait for the first shot to take effect and shot me twice more. All that Lidocaine damaged my jaw muscles. It's called Trimus---Google it.

These are young professionals and my hygienist didn't want to clean my teeth because I was an a sensitive anxious patient. There were plenty of opportunities to problem solve, but it was like she was sulking because I was not a perfect patient. Kind of reminded me of my high school students. Assembly line dentistry.
