Messed up my teeth and refused to fix it. They said,"Everyone makes mistakes, don't be so judgemental." Also they will change your appointment many times and have you wait at least an hour to be seen. Go at your own risk.

Dont sign up for that smile generation card. They did that for me with a crown I got....said they ran it with my insurance company and I'd owe over $700 'out of pocket. Well insurance sent me a form saying it would only be $520ish out of pocket. I've been dealing with this headache for 3 months now....trying to get my credit back from smile generations and or the dentist office seeing they oopsied. Called April 4th and lady agreed on their mistake and told me a check would be in the mail and expect it in 10 business days. Here I'm at the 15th and I called them....no clue about any check or reimbursement. Soooo frustrating

They lied on my chart to get more money from my insurance company. They also told me I needed thousands of dollars, after insurance, of work. I then received two other opinions, they were lying. There is a reason they have flashy electronics throughout their practice. You will pay for it.
