I really liked Dr. Kaye, but his office staff is terrible. Our family left after many headaches with incorrectly scheduled appointments and billing. They would indicate everything was covered and then send a bill that our account was past due, or we would show up for our appointment and be told we didn't have one. We finally gave up and went to another dentist. After a few years, I decided to give it a second chance since I liked Dr. Kaye so well. When I called to see what records I needed to bring with me from my current dentist, I was told that I did not have an appointment, so I guess nothing has changed.
