The office was so pleasant! They told me exactly what I needed! Elena was amazing and very patient! Dr. Jafari has humor, specifically tailored my needs and didn’t suggest things that wasn’t needed! They’ll make you feel confident about your teeth! This will be my home dentist office!

The front office employees were very friendly and professional. I have been searching for a primary dentistry for quite some time now and looks like I found one. The dentest was very direct and gave me several options which were very well explained which was refreshing. I am in need of work and I feel comfortable coming back to get my work done here. AAA treatment and I felt very welcomed.

been going to this dental practice for quite awhile now, upwards of 10 years, it has changed ownership multiple times. The support people upfront have remained but the dentist and assistants seem to have come and gone. recently went in for a loose crown that i was told needed to be completely replaced, despite still having the original, I was not so sure about that, but went with it as suggested, the dentist popped the crown out, next to the spot where the new one was going in, he simply glued it back in with the new one which I am having issues with, but I will not be returning there to deal with it, that will be one for my attorney to talk over with my insurance provider.

My concerns came when it was suggested that I needed a deep cleaning. A cleaning in which the insurance paid some, and I paid the remainder. The procedure had never been recommended to me before, but I was told that my insurance would only cover part of it once, which immediately brought up red flags for me, I asked some questions, and was repeatedly told it will be explained to me when I scheduled the procedure, on 4 separate occasions I asked to have this deep cleaning explained to me, and could not get a straight answer, they just kept pushing an appointment scheduling on me. Every time I asked 'why does this need to be done?' and 'why is this something I am not familiar with, and if it is so important, why has it never been recommended before? and if it is such a necessary part of dental health and hygiene, why would my insurance company only cover part of it once?' Again, no answers, all I kept getting from them, was what they were going to do- numb half my mouth and clean below the gum line on two different appointments, when could I come in?' I finally got fed up and cancelled the appointment, got tired of them telling me 'what' when all my questions where 'why' and could not get a straight answer.

The staff here is wonderful, very welcoming! Very organized and clean. Dentist is also very informative and welcoming. If you have dental anxiety, I recommend this place as the staff and office environment provide a very calming/comfortable feel.

I called to make the appointment and ask if they take out insurance. The lady was so kind and helpful. To the day of appointment it was an awesome place. Great team. Doctors were so nice. I would recommend to family and friends.

We've been here several times, my 2 year old had cracked his teeth and I've lost a crown. They are very friendly and always get us in quick and fix what needs to be done. Thank you family Dentistry for always being there! :-)

I came in absolutely terrified and crying over this visit and the staff made me feel comfortable, anxiety free, and relieved that my teeth weren’t nearly as bad as I thought they were. They are very patient and understanding. I will certainly bring my kids here after my experience!

Let me first start off my saying when it comes to the dentist my anxiety is through the roof. All due to one bad experience. They made me feel comfortable and told me everything they were doing. They were very gentle when working with me. I look forward to going back.

I had the misfortune that I picked this this as my first dentistry based on the reviews. They frightened me by showing I had cavities in almost all my teeth and gave me a quote of $2,000 and denied the regular cleaning that was included in insurance. They added bunch of cost that was specifically not needed and were excluded from my insurance plan so they can rack up the cost. I saved for 5 months to meet the $2,000 cost, but finally decided to take a second opinion through other dentistry. To my surprise, the entire process was done within $200 with the same insurance. I wish no one had to go through this situation.

Went to family dentistry with my kids and they were very kind and generous and patient with them. The next day my wife and I went in to get our teeth checked and they were very helpful. Great place highly recommend them
