The experience from beginning to end is just pleasant and professional. Every staff member is friendly and when I had a transition between insurance providers for my company they went above and beyond to make sure I got coverage. I found myself waiting around very little and was in and out very efficiently. I cannot ask for more in a dental office and it’s staff.

This place is amazing! As someone that usually is stressed about going to the dentist, I had absolutely not problems and am almost excited to go back. Everyone at Family Dental Care was extremely welcoming and put me at ease. From the friendly ladies up front, to the main dentist, as well as the hygienist I couldn’t be more satisfied. This was without a doubt the best visit to a dentist in my life. When you arrive you are greeted like you are already part of their family. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. I am a Truck driver and they were able to accommodate my hectic schedule. The procedure I was there for took a little longer than anticipated and the doctor and his staff were willing to stay until it was done perfectly. I never felt like I was a number or that they were just in it for the money. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone who is looking for the best experience.

Family Care Dental has some of the best staff members I have ever met. The entire team works together so wonderfully, and as a patient it really helps to distract from any fear you might have. There were quite a few years that I could not afford to see a dentist, so when I finally got back, you could imagine the work that needed to be done 😬 They put in an action plan and have encouraged me along the way - but more importantly - they made sure I could afford it! They are kind and caring and offer all sorts of stuff to help you get comfortable! I have never enjoyed going to the dentist before, but this location is amazing! Thanks to the front desk gals, the assistants, and Dr. McDougall! You guys are awesome!

Family Care Dentistry is a “home away from home”. The entire staff make you feel welcome like family. They’re professional and super friendly. They go the extra mile to explain everything. This is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr. McDougall is thorough yet gentle. Periodontal care is offered at this location with Dr. Folson. He is superb in his treatment with an excellent bedside manner!

I always wonder when I see a place get a really good rating. I had a crown pop off and my regular dentist is out of town for the holiday. Family Care Dental got me in, crown repaired, and told me what the problem was. Super nice staff and medical team. The high rating is deserved.
