Love coming here and Haley always gives me and my family a thorough cleaning!!!!!

Very professional, had a wisdom tooth bothering me badly, got me in the next day, even earlier than my initial appt time. Fast, friendly and I literally have no pain at all. I'm 25 weeks pregnant and haven't needed any pain medicine since the extraction. No swelling bruising and absolutely no pain. Thank you all again! Definitely will be referring everyone I know needing dental work here!

They were incredibly friendly and clean. My partner and I came in first thing in the morning for an emergency tooth extraction, and they had us in and out in 2 hours, despite their appointments. My partner felt very at ease with them, and was thrilled with this cost. We also both loved that they explained every step of the process and made sure we knew what was going on. We will definitely be back!

If I could review Dr. Upton and staff with a .25 of a star I most certainly would. My mother (nearly 5 years ago) paid and trusted this team to fit her for dentures. She has spent 5 years in miserable because this UNPROFESSIONAL team (quick)fitted her mouth while swollen post oral surgery. They promised her new plates because she couldn’t even talk without nearly spitting the upper and lower out.. They did NOT hold their end of the promise. Dr. Upton told her verbatim “I don’t know what to tell you” when she returned for her scheduled follow-up for new plates’ and was turned down. My mother was asked to leave when she began to cry hopelessly in pain from the plates not fitting properly. She has hide her face, developed chronic digestive upset issues because she can not eat solid foods, and at times has just went without wearing them because they gave her pressure sores on her gums. My mother is now being treated by a team of dental students at a university in North Carolina. They are completely in shock and suspect she actually received someone else’s teeth. These students have had to measure and perform multiple procedures to gather needed dimensions of her mouth as a result in wearing these misfitted dentures for so long and made to believe she had no other option. My parents paid for everything upfront. For the quality of service and services performed to the outcome of my mother’s oral health..MY PARENTS DESERVE A COMPLETE REFUND. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE!!! Furthermore, I now I see why Family Care Dentistry in Fultondale offer discounted services.. malpractice! Please reconsider before trusting this practice.

At first I was scared I didn't know what to expect. When the technician called me in she explained step by step what she was doing. She stayed with me all the way until the physician and the nurse came in. I've explained myself, in turn he explained and gave me choices. The entire time I was there the staff was awesome and the physician has gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend this dental clinic to everyone.

Was new patient and had an emergency. Listed to take emergencies and said they had no time. Did not open on time despite the posted opening time. Employee was rude. Initially I thought this would be a nice and caring place, but after the way I was traded I changed dentists immediately

Don't GO. Slowly declining and my cleaning was so average today I will not be returning. I loved it when the former Dentist was there.

Dr Clark & staff are extremely friendly & professional. They handle emergency care with ease. After multiple visits the care is consistently excellent. Always a calm & comfortable environment. Prices reasonable. Parking convenient. I Highly recommend.

This location is not very kid friendly. Bad experience, would not recommend.
