i had an emergency today- a crown on a lower molar cracked during lunch. my coworker recommended this place and i couldn’t not have been more pleased. they were able to take me in immediately and was greeted as best as possible. the techs were very skilled and expedient. my dentist had an amazing touch and the finance department explained everything thoroughly- with no pressure gave me all the options. i am super thankful for this experience and looking forward to being treated here in the future.

I came in as a walk in, I had let a cavity go too long and was desperate. Not only did they get me in ASAP they were beyond kind, helpful and friendly. Now I’m not a fan of dentist but y’all this whole staff is as sweet and caring and gentle as it can get. I would 110% refer my friends and family here!

I broke a filling about 3 in the afternoon. Called Family Care and they got me in at 4 PM. Did have to get a crown. They are very caring as well as professional. As we won't be in Mesa for very long, they put a rush on the crown. Hopefully all will be done in just a few days. Highly recommend Family Care Dental.

Found a great dentist when I needed one most. I don't know many people who jump up and down with joy about seeing the dentist. I definitely am not one. I avoid it whenever I can. But I needed a dentist and every time I drove by the Family Care Dental office I heard an inner voice tell me to go there. I finally went and was immediately surprised at the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Then I met Dr. Mc Dougall. She was so warm and kind. Her gentleness was beyond belief. Her examination was thorough and she explained my options, answering all my questions clearly, and providing me enough time to decide which option I wanted to take. There.was no rushing, no pressure, no sense of Her needing to get out of the room. I honestly felt cared for as an individual who had a need and not just another problem to solve. While I am not looking forward to the work that needs to be done, I am looking forward to going back to Her office and havi g her do the work.
