Vibrant Dentistry

I am a 10-year patient of Vibrant Dentistry. They have been instrumental in helping me manage my gum disease and improve my overall dental health. The staff is outstanding: patient, knowledgeable, friendly. Grateful for their care and expertise.

Moving from home for the first time is a very hard thing when it comes to choosing a new dentist or doctor. Immediately there was a bit of hesitation to get to know a new dentist and dental hygienists. But, I am so incredibly grateful that I was given the recommendation to Vibrant Dentistry.

My experiences have been warm, welcoming, and educational. Not to mention the most relaxed I have ever been while getting a cavity filled (what a concept)! Dr. Metz and his staff truly show you that the Dentist is not a place to be afraid of, but to be excited to go to.

Dr. Metz and his staff are amazing! They’re down to earth, easy to talk to, as well as very professional! They go above and beyond trying to accommodate their patients.

Thanks for making my (late) routine cleaning so much fun! Did I mention, no cavities?!?!

I hesitate to give Dr. Metz and his staff a perfect rating -- but not for the reasons you think. I hesitate because I am terrified that the more people come, the harder it will be to get an appointment! I have a highly developed fear of dentists to the point that as a child I remember removing my braces wiring with a pair of needle-node pliers and hiding retainers, etc. It was a bad experience. Dr. Metz and his team are excellent, they have the latest gizmos and gadgets designed to make your experience great, educational, and to a point enjoyable. I cannot hesitate to recommend Vibrant Dentistry in reality and I am sure you will find the experience as great as I did. I have been going to Dr. Metz for about 10 years. I have always been impressed with his office staff. They are amazing people always laughing, smiling, and really friendly. Dr. Metz is a gem. He is funny and he knows his profession very well and expects high standards from those around him, meaning I know that I will always get the best of care. So basically while my teeth suck, going to Vibrant Dentistry does not!

I’ve been going to the same dentist for years! I even followed their practice from when they were Meridian dental to now, Vibrant Dentistry 😉👍🏼 Crystal is my hygienist and she does a fantastic job- they truly care about my teeth and oral health. I trust them completely and constantly refer to them when someone is looking for a dentist. Thank you for helping me to maintain my smile 😁🙌🏼

The staff is always very courteous and friendly. They always explain everything very well which I like. But I know they will also keep it minimal if that’s what you prefer. My favorite part is that they are excellent at maintaining patient comfort. I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist so if they can take such great care of me, they can take great care of anyone!

My stepfather is a retired dentist. He was the elected lead of his State Board of Dental Examiners for much of his career. Long story short - I know a lot about dentists and dentistry. What makes a good dentist, what makes a good assistant, what makes a good hygienist, what makes a good office, what makes for quality of service and most important the quality of the dental work itself.

Dr. Metz is, absolutely, the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His office and staff are professionals of the highest level. The care I received and the quality of work at his office was the best I have ever had, bar none.

When I first arrived I was immediately and politely greeted by name and offered a wide variety of cold drinks. The waiting room is comfortable and immaculate. I was shown the dentists diploma and many other certificates of excellence. I was given a full and thorough tour of the entire facility before being led back to the waiting room. I sat for no more than 5 minutes before I was brought in for my service. I went to Dr. Metz for a great deal of necessary work over a short period of time and never waited for more than 5 minutes to be brought in for my work. That is a first!

The staff are beyond compare. They clearly describe what they will be doing, why and how. They ensure your comfort. They offer a wide variety of items to ensure you will have the best and most comfortable dental service. There is an actual "comfort menu" in front of you where you can choose from Bose sound cancelling headphones, blankets, music and many more. These people took my comfort in to great consideration and I can tell you that I was extremely comfortable, never experienced ANY pain for any of my services (cleaning, crowns and fillings!).

Dr. Metz is an absolute professional. He greeted me with warmth and respect. He explained in clear terms what he would be doing and ensured that there were no questions at all. He repeated the assistants questions about comfort and my need for anything to make the experience easier for me.

His communication with his staff was professional. He asked them for what he needed and they knew exactly what they were doing. Everybody at this office was a serious pro. There were no noobs here who were in training and confused about what was going on. Nothing but experienced professionals who cared about what they were doing, clearly enjoyed their work and very clearly enjoyed working with Dr. Metz.

At the end of my service all of my charges were explained clearly. I was told what my insurance covered and what it did not. I was told clearly what my copay was. It was crystal clear and in no way confusing about my payments. I did not haver to ask any questions. That is a first!

I live in the North Valley. I drive 45 minutes to see Dr. Metz because he is the BEST dentist in the valley. Bar none. If you are scared of the dentist, scared of the pain, worried about bad service - this is the dentist for you.

A huge Thank You to Dr. Metz and his entire team for taking such incredibly good care of me and my teeth! I am glad I can keep them now!

You can rest assured you are in good hands if you come to see Dr. Metz! He is meticulous with his work, and an incredibly skilled Dentist. I have been a patient here for over five years, and nothing could convince me to go elsewhere- this is truly the best Dentist (and office) I have been to. Dr. Metz is thorough, communicates clearly, and wants to be sure you are comfortable, clear on your treatment plan, and he even calls to check in after your appointment if you had extensive work done that day! He has corrected quite a bit of work from past Dentists, and the difference was immediately obvious to me. The office itself is clean, comfortable, and full of amenities for every patient need. The staff is always sociable, friendly, working to be sure you are clear on your treatment plan and costs, etc.- everything about this place is 5+ stars!

The staff at Vibrant Dentistry is like part of my family. Dr Carl Metz is an incredible dentist and has come through for me at times no dentist would!!! He has transformed my mouth beautifully and am proud to call him the best dentist ever!!!! He is a perfectionist and my mouth looks incredible

The girls that work for him are the nicest I have met and very grateful for them as well!!

I would recommend to EVERYONE and I do :o)
