Was Referred to this office by a family member, So I proceeded to schedule an appointment and the office representative was cheerful, clear, and got me scheduled with no hassle. Received my new patient docs online which was very continent. Arrived to a beautiful clean office from the lobby area, the front desk counter, and because I'm observant, even their own desks were well organized. Which to me is a big plus meaning the operation knows what they are doing. through the rest of my experience i witnessed Good people caring for others, Sense of urgency but relaxed, Great conversation, Very detailed and educational. Best experience I have encountered in all my years going to Doctor appointments. Hopefully my oral health keeps up, but if not I am confident I will be in great hands! Thank you all Staff! I have lived in Arizona since 2001 and this has been my best experience at a dental office since I lived back east! Every person I dealt with from Dr. Hoopes to the front office staff were wonderful. Dr Hoopes was very thorough and knowledgeable as well as compassionate! Alejandra was great in assisting Dr Hoopes and providing care information for my temporary crown. Stephanie did a great job cleaning my teeth and explaining what would be the best treatment. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. This is the only dental office I plan to go to and will highly recommend to family and friends.

I love this dentist office! Everyone is so kind and makes the experience pleasant. I never dread going to the dentist, which used to be the case at previous dental offices I have been a patient at. Lisa Is an excellent hygienist. She is so personable, friendly, and remembers her patients from visit to visit. Dr. Hoopes is very cheerful, upbeat, and makes you feel at ease. I absolutely love coming to Dr. Hoopes office. Their staff is fun, knowledgeable, and thorough! I am a dental hygienist and I would not trust anyone else with my dental care. I take excellent care of my teeth, so I was surprised to find even I had missed a cavity. I am so grateful for Dr. Hoopes knowledge and expertise. Their office is clean, and they strictly adhere to current guidelines. I felt like my health was protected in their office. I adore Lisa the dental hygienist. She is very very good at what she does and is great at putting myself as well as all of my family members at ease even the we all have some sort of White coat syndrome. The office is always very clean, very cheerful, the staff is friendly welcoming, and professional. They're also very accommodating. I had my first appointment here yesterday and I can honestly say this place is great. I had my first filling ever at the age of 55 and I admit I was very anxious. Dr Hoopes and the entire staff took great pains to explain to me what was going to happen in great detail. My anxiety quickly disappeared and the entire experience was as pleasant as a trip to the Dentist can be.lol Seriously if you are looking for a dentist you need to give them a try!!!

Most people will agree that going to the dentist can be very intimidating and cause much anxiety.
By doing what Stefanie and Dr Hoopes directed back in December, my follow-up visit today with Stephanie was the most pleasant experience I've had in my 48 years.
Stefanie was great and I'm no longer nervous to visit the dentist!

Dr. Hoopes is my dentist there and she is amazing! She is very nice and personable. She makes you feel super comfortable during your appointment and makes sure she explains everything to you. I highly recommend her. Their office staff is super friendly as well.
