I like the service and providers here. Everyone from the office staff to the hygienists to the dentists are excellent, friendly and courteous. I've been going here for years. The only draw back is the wait times have increased and the time spent in the chair seems longer. However, even with the busier environment, I still like the level of care and professionalism they show. I will continue visiting this location.

They are very friendly staff, but I am very disappointed with the service. They seem to book to many appointments with only one orthodontist who comes in only on Tuesdays. If you miss your appointment you have to wait up to 3-4 months. Mind you, the process is that you need to see the orthodontist every four to eight weeks to see if your teeth are progressing correctly. I will bring my child to the appointment in Nov. but I am filing a complaint with AzDA.

Is there an option for 0 stars? Terrible. Feels like a used car dealership instead of a dentist office. Was told out of pocket charges would be a certain amount and insurance company would cover the rest. As it turns out, they never contacted the insurance company for pre treatment estimates. "Customer Service" is terrible. Avoid these snake oil salesmen.

I just became a new patient at Canyon Vista. I have fairly severe dental anxiety, so I struggle with keeping up regular dental visits. Dr. Hoopes and the hygienist Lisa are PHENOMENAL! They both made me feel so comfortable at my consultation, so I knew I could come back for my cleaning regardless of my anxiety. I just had my first appointment with Lisa, and she was wonderful!! She made the process so much easier than any other dental office I've ever been to. This office should be an example to other dental practices of how you treat people with dental anxiety. I intend on coming here for all my cleanings and dental work, as it would be difficult to have this good of an experience anywhere else. Thank you so much for what you do!!

I cannot recommend this place enough! I am very reluctant to go to the dentist due to really bad experiences. This office from Dr. Hoopes, Dr. Gano, Alex, Emily, Karely,Kaley and everyone that I am unaware of by name went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was supported and as comfortable as possible. I am thrilled that they can take care of my dental needs and don't minimize my trepidation in the least...They are the best!!!
