They made the entire process of the first and subsequent visit easier to handle. I admit readily to not being the easiest patient, but they are extremely patient and understanding. My boyfriend and I both went here for the first time this month. We found that the Doctor and front office secretary who greeted us were kind. However, other people were extremely harsh and rude, and pushed procedures and quite literally rolled their eyes when I chose not to have certain things done. You do not always have to agree with your patients, but you do ALWAYS need to be kind. It seemed the entire time like they were trying to sell us something, not just care for us.

I will never return to this dentist because of the person who is in charge of their insurance. He mislead me about my charges and what would be covered by my insurance. If I had known the truth, I would never have had the procedures done. When I called to question my billing, he was more than rude. He talked a mile a minute and when I tried to ask a question, he talked louder and over me. It is a shame that a good dentist would employ someone of this caliber.
