Carefree Dentistry

As a college student, the time that I have to care for my teeth is very little, needless to say I'm usually very nervous to get my teeth checked. However, coming to this office is always an amazing experience. The atmosphere is very laid back and professional. Dr. Ross is very sweet and humorous - making me feel very comfortable, the rest of the staff is amazing as well, I love their energy! I'm told and shown what is happening with my teeth and what I can do to make them healthier, which is very helpful. During the times when I needed more then a cleaning - i.e. fillings, making my crown, or cutting my gums - everything went smoothly and beautifully (not to mention massage chairs and lavender face cloths!) I would highly recommend this office to anyone who feels nervous about dentist appointments, everyone will make you feel very relaxed and welcomed!

Once again Carefree Dentistry treated me with professionals and kindness. Dr. Ross is an amazing dentist. She cares about her patients far beyond our dental needs. Gloria cleans your teeth until they are white and shiny . Lisa who runs the front desk is the glue that keeps the entire office together. Lisa is thorough with a wonderful sense of humor. I had a crown fall off and needed a dentist ASAP. I didn't want to go back to my past dentist because of such a painful and bad experience. I live down the street from a few dentist offices and picked one based on google reviews. I can tell you that my experience falls right in line with those great reviews. I do not like to go to the dentist EVER. Dr. Ross and her entire staff is amazing. They care. They tell you exactly what they are going to do and during the procedure they walk you through the process. I was very impressed and it was pretty painless and quick. I have also had some other work done since my 1st visit and again, all went well. I will refer all of my friends and family to Dr. Ross. Thank you!

I was really impressed with the staff here. I went for a 2nd opinion this week and plan to switch to these guys. Dr. Cicero and Gloria both took the time to explain their treatment recommendations, and they were very compassionate and friendly. Will be going back.

I cannot day enough wonderful things about this dentist. I had extreme dental anxiety prior to going here. I had tooth pain right before Thanksgiving, every office I called was 3 weeks out. I called Carefree, as a new patient, told them I was in pain, and they got me in that afternoon. I ended up having to get a root canal, and they were so great at explaining the process. Now I go to them regularly, Dr. Ross is amazing! And the office staff is so sweet every time I come in. Also- no more dental anxiety!! Best dentist in the valley

I've been a patient of this office for about a year and have had a wonderful experience every visit! My entire family comes here and enjoys the customer service and dental care we receive here. My issue was taken care of same day on a Saturday. Everybody was very professional and competent. They made me feel very comfortable and confident in their abilities. I would highly recommend this dentist office for anyone with dentist office needs.

These guys are simply the best. I moved down to the Tempe/Mesa area almost two years ago but still go to Carefree because the service is that great.

You walk in and they know your name will continue a conversation they had with you six months ago as if it was last week. Very friendly but not in the "okay, stop talking to me with your hand in my mouth" sort of way.

And, of course, the care itself is fantastic. My teeth are always clean when I leave and they get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time (unless I have something that I would like them to look at). They are very upfront with any extra costs of tests or procedures and, while I have never gone to them for anything more serious than redoing a filling, their work has always been solid and I'll be going to them so long as it is a possible option.

I am the biggest baby ever. This place has never made me uncomfortable. Been here about three years and have had to play catch up after years of neglecting my teeth.

I recently became eligibles for ins at another place. I came running back here to pay out of pocket instead. Thats how much i LOVE these guys.

I have not had such a wonderful dentist and staff, work on my teeth since i was a teen getting lots of fillings from old Dr. Ported. Dr. Ross and her staff do an awesome job keeping my teeth healthy and clean. they were great at keeping my nervous husband comfortable for cleanings and crown replacements.
