Carefree Dentistry

i had not been to a dentist in many years. Dr Ross and the entire staff were extremely nice and did not judge me but rather supported me in coming in. Dr Ross and Elaine (who did the deep cleaning) made sure I did not feel any pain as I also had some extensive work done. The office was very considerate of my work obligations when scheduling appointments and I was always greeted by name and with a smile when I arrived. The expense was explained to me as well as financing options which I was able to take advantage of. While I am still apprehensive just thinking about a dentist, Dr Ross and her staff made this as easy and relaxing as possible and I actually look forward to going here for many years!

Just love this Dentist office. Especially Dr Cicero. Kind, empathetic...great personality. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Just can't say enough!!

I hadn't been to the dentist in about 5 years before I finally caved and took a chance with Carefree Dentistry. I'm so glad they're the ones I chose. Everyone in the office was personable, considerate, and warm. My situation was assessed without lecture or judgment and they took the time to determine a plan of action that worked best for me. Dr. Cicero made sure I was comfortable, informed, and free of pain throughout the whole procedure. Nothing but good things to say about everyone in the office. Thanks for reminding me going to the dentist doesn't have to be something to dread.

I had the best experience and would recommend Dr. Ross and the team to everyone. I voiced my concerns, and they went the extra mile to put me at ease. I am no stranger to the dental chair due to an accident when I was young so I have a lot of previous dental work that needed updating. Lisa did her magic with getting me the best financing, Gloria did an awesome job on my cleaning, Lucy was great taking care of me along with the rest of the team, and Dr. Ross did everything to make my procedure as painless as possible. I had 9 crowns, deep cleaning, and a filing all done in one day and had no down time. The next day, no swelling and really no pain. This is an awesome place and had I not been in pain and driving by I would have missed this amazing dentist and her team. If you need dental work even a simple cleaning go here they are the Best! They are up to date with current procedures and will do everything to meet your needs...Dr. Ross has updated my smile, with straight teeth, whiter teeth, and a healthy mouth which has also taken care of the issues I was having with my tummy. I love going to the dentist now! A must go as I am confident you will have the same experience, they treat you like family or a very close friend..

This was our first visit with Dr. Ryan Cicero, DMD and it was an amazingly pleasant experience from the moment we stepped in to the office we were greeted by great staff (Megan was knowledgeable, courteous and a great DJ). The same was the case with the actual exam- Destiny was great and best of all was Dr.Ryan Cicero, DMD. He was very caring, knowledgeable, and great communicator. Over all this was a great experience and our entire family will be coming to him for all our dental care (& Megan's great music).

Fantastic experience! The whole team at this office made me feel so at home from the warm welcome at the front desk, to the massage chairs- it was the best experience I've ever had in a dental office. Dr. Ross was extremely nice and informative and Gloria was gentle and efficient. Anyone who is scared of going to the dentist or has been holding off going for a while like I did, this is definitely the place to go! You will really be taken care of. I absolutely will be going back to continue my treatment :) Thank you Carefree Dentistry !

They are always caring and explain everything to you. They make sure the materials used are correct. They had to send one crown back twice because they were not happy with the product. If they do something major like a root-canal they called the next day to see how I was doing.

They're kind, clean and professional. Even my children and husband love them. My daughters think the dentist is "Ben Affleck" type gorgeous! Lol. They listen and make you feel like the most important person in the room ever time. I swear they never have a bad day. I had a fear of dentist due to a dental trauma in high school (over 20 years ago) and for the first time I look forward to my care. Thank you! You're great customer service wasn't lost on me

I never leave reviews but feel this one was earned. Let me start by saying, I am terrified of the dentist (drills, and needles etc). Unfortunately, I had a cavity that needed filling and Dr. Cicero was seriously SO sweet and made me feel comfortable. He was quick, always checked to see if I was okay and explained every step during the process. The entire staff is knowledgable, understanding and personable. I drive all the way from Arcadia to be taken care of by Carefree Dentistry and will continue to do so. Thank you for keeping my pearly whites healthy!

We love carefree dental! They really care about their patients dental and overall health. I like the text appointment reminders and Saturday hours! Highly, highly, highly, recommend. Dr. Ross/gloria are very good at what they do. Thanks you guys for being so amazing!
