After seeing the same dentist for the last 15 years, my wife and I decided that it was time to make a change. We were referred to Dr. Gonzalez and Gloria and after our first visit, wondered why we didn't make the change sooner. Firstly, the complex is easy to find with plenty of parking. The clinic is very clean, modern and felt very welcomed on our first visit. Gloria (the dental hygienist) is very gentle and always asking for feedback during the cleaning. She explains everything she does. Dr. Gonzalez is very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. She spends a good amount of time with you and makes an effort to get to know you on a more personable level. As a whole, they do not grind you on unnecessary treatments or products and are fully aware what your insurance does and does not cover. We are very happy we switched to Carefree Dentistry!

I had a great experience with the entire staff. They are extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, accommodating and great people to talk too. If you have the need and don’t have a dentist or on the search for a new one, do not worry. This is one decision that is Carefree.

The office would quote a price since I was cash pay and then after I accepted the amount and had service they added unexpected charges. It happened multiple times. A night retainer was an additional $250 from quote. What a way to make money, scamming people.

Dr Cicero is awesome! The front office and Assistants are great. I was able to get in the next day for my filling that needed replaced. It was not hurting so I did not need a same day appointment. The office is clean. I felt very comfortable. I had no discomfort from the numbing.
