I had a root canal done on 7-27-17 by the specialist. My face swelled up like a balloon. A picture was sent to the office for review and antibiotics were given. My face was swollen for a week. I now have an abscess under that tooth. The abscess happened a few months ago and I thought it would go away. The dentist and office do not honor there work. They want to charge me an additional 900 for a re-treatment and additional money for the office visit for an evaluation. I am totally not happy. I am sending my child to dental school because this is a enriching profession but my child may skip the ethics class or he may never make a good dentist/endodontist.

After trying Western Dental, in which case they refused my Medicaid insurance on an emergency extraction. A friend advised me to check with Dental on Central, not only did they schedule me promptly, but also made it pain free. This was yesterday, I feel so much better, I haven't taken my pain meds yet and I am pain free. And what a nice facility, charging ports for your wait with your device (though the wait wasn't long), tv''s in every room, and a very pleasant staff. Thank you all very much.

Dr. Twine did a root canal on my mother in law. She said he did an amazing job and had no pain during the process. He was gentle and informative. She would highly recommend him and the office. Marty from the front desk was kind and extremely helpful. Thank you all.

Awesome dentist and staff. I have been well taken care of over the last year. I have seen Dr. Herro each visit and he has been both knowledgeable and professional every visit. His staff is very attentive and kind. I am a physician in town and he was referred here by my wife after she had a great first experience and I haven't looked back. Beautiful office and outstanding practice overall.

STAY AWAY FROM THE PROSTHODONTIST
NAMED TAMER EL-GENDY he is the absolute worst. Probably the most horrible experience I've ever had. He is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would advise everyone to stay away from him and this company. I'm in the process of reporting him to the dental association

The experience that I had at Dental on Central was amazing. Having a severly intellectually disabled child can be challenging at best....going to the dentist can be very difficult. The smartest thing I did was contact Dr. Herro and Dental on Central. The entire staff is very nurturing and professional. I received a phone call several days before the procedure to see if I had any questions and to verify the insurance. My son had to have his wisdom teeth pulled and have a general checkup with xrays. They were able to do everything in one appointment. The anesthesiologist, the oral surgeon and the general dentist spoke to me before and after the procedure. I was able to be with my son until he was gently sedated so he would not be scared, and immediately after he woke up. Also the appointment was on a Saturday morning so I was able to have someone help me at home.
This was not the first time I have been to this office. Every time, it has been a great experience. I have gotten excellent feedback from Dr. Herro, advice on oral care for my son and the staff is so respectful and professional. .....from the staff at the front desk, to the billing coordinator, hygienist and the dentists themselves. I have recommended this office to many of my friends and will continue to do so. With my son's special needs, it has been a challenge to find dental care for my son. Believe me when I say, I have had to shop around. I feel that I hit the lottery finding this practice. We will continue to go there.

I had an appointment to have my teeth cleaned at Dental on Central this morning. The actual dental clinic (including waiting room and examination rooms) is very comfortable and welcoming - and the staff at the front desk are helpful. Michelle conducted the actual cleaning. She is great! She is super gentle when measuring your gums and during the cleaning. She is also incredibly nice and has good conversation which makes the cleaning go by even faster. There are televisions in the examination rooms. This is the first clinic in which I have seen that in the rooms. I could catch up on Good Morning America - that's a plus. Dr. Jejna performed the final check. He is good and thorough in his job, and he is also very nice. I have had great experiences at Dental on Central and highly recommend receiving your dental care here.
