I had high hopes. Unfortunately I was disappointed. My son is Autistic. I finally got the money for his treatment plan. With 2 insurance it was over 6000. After care was nothing. No phone call. My son was put under. He came out of it hard and in pain. Doctors numb him up so much he couldn't sollow for 8 hours or more. It been 2 months and now they contact me asking for insurance information. My insurance company was glad to talk with them on the phone to answer any questions they had. I was emailed about how this person I am dealing with works form home and now they want me to get my policy information so they can charge it. The last thing. My son needs a bridge to replace his miss teeth. The doctor who looked at him was rude. He didn't know My son is Autistic

Not a good experience. I patiently waited 2 months to be able to go at a time that fit my availability. At the time I explicitly stated I only wanted a dental cleaning, nothing else for that appointment. When I arrived I was being charged for X-Rays, which I noted I had recently with another dentist and did not feel I needed at this time, just wanted a routine 6 month cleaning. They were promptly very rude, argued with me, and refused to see me or clean my teeth unless I would pay for the X-Rays which I did not need. So I wished them a good day and left.

Awesome experience… from check in to dentist. Brandon (I think that’s his name), my dental hygienist was awesome. Seriously have never had a better cleaning. Dr. J was great too. I appreciate all the explanations and being transparent in my care!
