It took 7 months for them to make a decision on teeth cleaning. Office staff very unprofessional and also refused me to speak with Dr. about situation. Very thankful they gave a referral out of their office.

This dental office has very incompetent staff. This is a money hungry dental office that does not care about their patients. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I recently quit my job and is getting new insurance from new employer. I knew my health insurance is going to have a gap. I call the dental office to make sure that my insurance was still effective on my appointment date. They assured me that I was still covered when I wasn't. A bill that was suppose to be $20 turned out of be $140 due to incompetent staff giving me incorrect information. When I called the office manager to deal with this situation, all they can tell me was that it was my fault. They were rude and unhelpful. They keep saying it was my fault when in fact I called them ahead of time to ensure that my insurance was still active on the day of my appointment. Instead of telling me the correct information which is to contact my insurance company to find out, they just simply told me I was covered when I wasn't. This place sucks and I will NEVER come here again.

Our first visit and I will say, starting from the front desk to the back with the dr and assistant and back to the front desk they were all great. Customer service was awesome and that is what I like to see. See yall soon than you all for what you do for us adults and our kids.

Customer service is great, however communication between employees is key to running an efficient establishment to ensure things get done ethically for the customers. Would highly recommend a different dentistry with less judgement towards their patients.

I had been at 2 other dentist offices that I did not have good experiences at & was referred to come here & now there is no reason to look anymore. My daughter & I have been here for the last 2 years & have nothing but good things to say! Whether a cleaning, getting crowns done or wisdom teeth removed, we have always had a great experience. All the staff is wonderful!

Their office staff is wonderful. The dentist is caring and will explain everything to you. I had a billing issue and the staff was great at getting to the issue and making corrections/adjustments. I would recommend this office to anyone for themselves and entire family members.
