Dental on Central

I’ve tried other spots but I keep coming back here. Prices are VERY fair & quoted in advance.I never feel “sold”. Appointment are always on time & staff are helpful and warm— I’m made to feel like family! My kids have had a very positive experience too!

Appreciated Dr. Waters and the care she takes with each patient. She takes "sedating patients as a serious procedure. She is maticulous, to make sure it is done correctly. My observation is that she does everything like that. "decently and in order"
In all the several years my foster son and biological son, both with special needs, have been coing there I've never met the person doing the sedation before. But she, Dr. Waters likes to meet the patient and the parents, or the responsible
provider. And give plenty of necessary explanation as to whats going to take place in regards to sedating.
Dr. Herro, she was a very smart hire in regards to your very well run dental practice. My compliments and I say, "Good job!"

Went in @8 and was out by 8:30! Dr J and his assistant, on this particular day were well prepared. Fast, efficient and professional. Thank you both for making me feel well cared for.

Compassionate staff. Very reassuring. Everyone was kind and patient. Very caring and friendly atmosphere worked really hard with me to get me in for an emergency.Dr.J & Coco are an amazing team! Vanity is amazing!

JoAnn is the best! Tells you exactly what she is going to do and makes sure you are comfortable. Best experience in a dentist chair!

So happy to find this place for our autistic granddaughter. They made her feel comfortable and a big bonus was they accepted our insurance.

I brought my special needs son to dental on Central for his 6 month cleaning. He received excellent service with Brooke the hygienist and her assistant Brittany. Brooke provided constant verbal support reassuring my son and providing him information for each step of the cleaning. He responded well to her instructions and was able to complete the cleaning in less time than previous cleanings. Thank you doctor Hero for providing professional services for the special needs community.

I went back for 2 tooth extractions 8/10/2022 and it was a difficult extraction. But got home and manage severe pain. Today 8/13/2022 I have no tooth extraction pain at all! Amazing! I am getting better. Hope it goes well in next few days.

As an ICU nurse at St. Joe’s, I’m PICKY about my health care, which of course includes oral health. After passing by Dental on Central for years I decided to give them a try: I was dissatisfied with my current dentist, wanted something close, and wanted an office with experience and skill.
Dental on Central delivered on all and exceeded my expectations!
Exam rooms look out onto Central which provides visual comfort, and I had the pleasure of receiving care from Vanity, my hygienist. She’s been with the group for four years (always, always check to see how long people have been with a physician, etc.—good indicator of working environment and culture as well as comfort with physician practices) and was expert in my cleaning and oral cancer screening. Vanity always indicated exactly what she was going to do, which coupled with her easy going manner and confidence made me feel so comfortable and at ease!
Technology was current, cleaning and safety measures excellent, and the chair was actually comfortable.
Additionally, I enjoyed that multiple specialities practiced together; this means you have a one stop shop but more importantly it means that the physicians interact together to design plans of care and as a result also share knowledge, expertise, and encourage professional development. Solo practices can become stagnant in innovation as well as in professional growth as they lack a physician partner to push their growth and knowledge base.
Long story short I’m making my husband make an appointment. They’re that good.

AWFUL experience. if I could give zero stars I would. I was told several times over the course of a year that Dr. Santoro didn't think my daughter's wisdom teeth needed to come out because it wasn't medically necessary and they needed to erupt more. Her bottom wisdom teeth were growing in sideways, they weren't going to erupt. Her complaints of pain were ignored and dismissed as "normal". We got 3 second opinions, first with my daughter's old orthodontist (Dr. Blue), a new general dentist (Winning Smiles) and with Dr. Velangi at Valley Endodontics (highly recommend them), and what do you know, her wisdom teeth absolutely do need to come out and it's medically necessary. The auth was approved and she is scheduled to have them out in a week. If you're going to Dental on Central for routine cleanings you're probably fine, but I would proceed with caution for anything outside of basic dental care, including fillings. to top it off, the office staff is rude, from management to reception. I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Board of Dental Examiners. Do better, much better!!!
