Dental on Central

I highly recommend Brooke as a hygienist. She's been cleaning my teeth for abouyear now. I have anxiety and she truly listens. She's very compassionate. Over the year, she's been showing me where my problem areas are. She shows me with pictures and we discuss how to brush and floss better. When I come in I can't wait to show her how I've been doing. She takes her time and always explains what she is abou to do next.

We go for my daughter and have had nothing but great experience with all the staff. They have gone above and beyond to help make her time there comfortable

The staff was very nice and polite and the doctor was very nice to my son! Keep up the great work!!!!

In all honesty if could give no stars I would. I’ve been coming here for years and I was happy about the dental work the dentists are so professional and caring. The front staff in the other had is just bad. I had an unprofessional experience with Holly which i found out she is the manager running the show upfront. It is very disturbing that there is some people out there with such bad manners and professionalism. I was an upset patient and parent of two patients trying to get answers as to why it is taking way too long to get back to us about the quote our kids needed for the treatment. Instead of Ms Holly taking breather and explaining things in a professional manner she chose to simply tell me “ if your not happy why are you here”
Wow!!! She went as far as snatching my kids paper work from my hand.wow! I understand she too was upset but as a manager that she is she should be taking a different approach. Not to mention she made a HIPAA violation trying to give me information on an adult patient. Sadly Dr Hero and Dr J I love your care but due to this experience I think I’m taking both my care and my families care somewhere else. I don’t think she should’ve went that far.

This clinical provides efficient, professional and thorough service. The staff takes the time to educate about clinical issues, and they work closely with insurance companies to make sure there are no $ surprises. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My daughter has a brain injury and due to the pandemic- dental issues that were treatable became a big problem & her dental office are unable to sedate her in office and the hospital had long waits that were insane so her dentist referred us to Dental on Central and they’ve done a fantastic job taking care of her. Anesthesiologists are amazing. We have to delay her crown due to a heart rate issue but we will continue once she sees cardiology and gets cleared.

I liked the office enough to schedule myself for dental care that is well over a decade overdue. What can I say? I have severe dental phobia. I was diagnosed with cancer and need to get deep cleaning done before I start chemo and Brooke has taken great care of me. She has the patience of a saint. Getting a root planing and scaling isn’t fun but she was able to make something that seemed horrifying into a relatively easy and painless procedure. She never made me feel like a gross person over the periodontal disease. She truly cared about my comfort, and giving additional needed time to get this done. She constantly said “it’s okay. You’re here NOW and that’s important”. I wish I had found them a decade ago. Like no joke.

Thank you for helping me and my daughter. I am literally no longer terrified of the dentist.

Dental surgery was performed expertly with no complications.

Waiting time to begin the dental process was excessive. I was given a 6:30am appointment. I arrived on time but the Procedure didn’t begin until 7:30am with no reasonable explanation other than the room was being cleaned. When I did get settled, the medical room was clean but in disarray with linens and medical equipment stored around. Obviously not overly prepared requiring a long wait time. Just be honest.

Had to pay in advance of being treated. Huh?

Fantastic experience - Dr. Jejna and Michelle provided timely, caring, and on-point care which immediately made me know that I was in the right place on my first visit. A big 10 out of 10!!!

I used to be so afraid of the dentist when I was younger, once I was old enough to leave a children’s dentist I came to Dental On Central and I wouldn’t change it for the world. The staff is so kind and gentle and they always ensure I’m comfortable.

I can’t say it any better than I’ve always said it: I’ve been to dentists in 8 states and 3 countries. This practice is STILL the best. Highly recommend. Love Dr. J and Coco - the dream team!

And now they’ve restored my smile - for 8+ years I hated looking at the stranger in the mirror. Now, thanks to Dr. J, I look like me again.
