My experiences here have been amazing! The doctor and the whole entire staff is very friendly and welcoming the second you enter the door. The doctor and the dental assistants always take good care of me and make sure I’m okay throughout the whole entire procedures. The front desk got me in the same day that I called when I was in pain. I love this place and everyone who works here is amazing

I am so impressed with this office! Everyone from the front office all the way to the back office were super friendly. I love the way I was educated on each step and why they were doing what they recommended. I also grew up with my uncle being my dentist and haven’t found a place that I liked as much as my uncle’s practice back home until I found Dentistry of Old Town. It felt like home and is highly recommend… 5 stars all around!

Dr. Brittain is the best! I’ve been his patient for almost 7 yrs now. I have very sensitive teeth and is always apprehensive to go to the dentist for this reason. His staff are always so kind. Most importantly, Dr. Brittain is extremely skillful, who cares about his patients. He gets the job done effectively, efficiently, but carefully. I love ❤️ Dentistry of Old Town Scottsdale team. They truly are the best!

Dr. Hess and his staff are very professional and courteous. I've been going to this dental office for 5 years now and I have seen a lot of turnover at the Indian School location (Smile Today). Dr. Hess fixed a chipped tooth when I went in for a cleaning. The price was affordable and the job performed was A+! I recommend this practice if you're looking for a new dentist.

There probably is no reason to even write this review as I’m sure nothing will come of it. I was severely disappointed by the entire appointment. From the awkward office tour, to the over sell of a unnecessary “deep cleaning”. 🙄 Buyer Beware. As a child of a dentist I immediately knew what this place was. I scheduled an appointment for a regular cleaning, assuming I would be there for about an hour. After meeting the Doctor for a brief few minutes I was informed I was in need of a lot of work. Then the hygienist arrives to tell me they can’t do a regular cleaning because I have severe periodontal disease. ( I don’t) I need a deep cleaning taking multiple appointments and costing $1000+ And this is all based on X-rays, which by the way you can’t tell if someone needs a deep cleaning from an X-ray alone. You need a periodontal chart where they check every tooth. The assistant comes in to go over my payment chart, and I inform her I will be waiting for my dental insurance that I will receive in a few weeks. ( also insurance won’t cover deep cleaning) She is confused that I won’t be dropping $1000 right then and there and begrudgingly let’s me leave as if all my teeth will fall out if I wait three weeks. Save your wallet and always get a second opinion. This place is a total scam.

Fantastic office. I woke up with an infected tooth and since I just moved here I searched for dentist. The reviews were very good so I called. They got me in immediately. Turns out I need a root canal. Everyone is so friendly and professional. This is my new dentist forever!!!!

Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Hess was kind and professional. Lyndsey did a great job cleaning and polishing my teeth and suggested a couple of treatments that were beneficial for my circumstances. Definitely highly recommend.
