Absolutely great front office staff.
Dr Choi is very engaging, professional and explains everything. I called because a crown had come loose, and I called my original dentist, but I couldn't get an appointment for 7 days. So, I called "Great Smile" and not only could they squeeze me in for an emergency appointment, but they were able to glue back the crown within 1 hour of calling them and getting me on my way!
So, I am switching dentist and staying with a good office and great people!👍

I am someone who has been scared to death of going to the dentist. I’m also embarrassed about my fear of the dentist. These guys treated me so well and completely understood. The hardest part was getting into my car and driving there. They made it an incredible experience. Making sure I was good and comfortable. This is my dentist office for life! This office is a game changer for people like me.

Sent me a bill for $70 for services done last September, called and asked what the charge was for...told they made a mistake and undercharged me the correct deductible. Spoke with insurance company and was told that is incorrect. I decided to continue my business with them - people make mistakes. Now I have an emergency and was told they could not get me in anytime soon...time to find a dentist. Of course they reply with putting the blame on everyone else. I do not need a 'lesson' on how insurance works, thanks...I spoke to my insurance, no you are incorrect - I should not be charged the $70.00. And NO I was not offered a Friday appt, very unprofessional. Dentist is wonderful, office staff - rude, unhelpful, and out of the blue try to charge you 6 months later for services done in September after I already paid them my portion of the charges. Already have found another dentist and have an appointment set. Thanks for nothing!!!

I went in today with an infected impacted wisdom tooth. I have ulcers and it was very painful. I called several places before calling Great Smile, and no one would see me for a month. The receptionist, Elizabeth was so compassionate and had such a positive energy. I loved it. saw me same day and pulled the tooth. EUGENE is incredible. Fastest extraction of my life. Absolutely NO PAIN either. KAT, his assistant, was very sweet. They made this already terrifying experience sooooo much better. I will be reccomending them to EVERYONE. I've seen a lot of dentists in my time, and they are by far the best!

I have been a patient of Dr Choi's for over 5 years, so this review is long overdue. Dr Choi, and his staff, are professional and welcoming at each visit. Dr Choi is not only extremely talented at his craft, but goes out of his way to accommodate my busy schedule. I just left his office after a cosmetic fix to a veneer I chipped yesterday and it looks perfect! He just saved me $1,800 dollars for a new veneer! There is not enough amazing things that I could say about him and the staff at Great Smile Dentistry!

I have been going to this office for years. I called to reschedule an appt for safety precautions and was offered an appt more than two months from the date. Elizabeth didn’t even try to assist me further. I’ll be going elsewhere where my business is appreciated and staff isn’t rude. Dr Choi is nice. The rest of the staff, not so much.
