Martin Taylor Dentistry

I wound up having an unexpected dental situation that required escalating my level of care. I appreciate how efficiently Martin Taylor Dentistry was able to accommodate this change in treatment plan. The reason for only 4/5 stars: I was told that I would receive a follow-up call the next day from the practice. I never received that follow-up call.

They seem to be a little short staffed but who isn't these days. They were courteous and Dr. Matin did a good job with my exam. Overall a good appointment.

I needed my wisdom teeth removed and the everyone went all out to make my experience as pleasant as possible. All subsequence cleanings have gone smoothly. I'm very happy with Martin Taylor Dentistry.

Best experience I have ever had with A dentist! All of the staff was very friendly and attentive to what I needed. Would highly recommend for anyone on a search for a great dental experience.

I have been personaly involved working for several dentist over a period of many years in accounting & insurance positions with some of the nastiest meanest women ever encountered. Dental office female staff are gossip mongering, back biting & vicious. At Martin Taylor Dentistry an old worn out insurance coordinator doing things super outdated, very hateful and ordering all the staff around even when there was a manager, insisted the manager release me after only 5 days there. She knew I was going to far surpass anything she had been doing and she wasnt going to retire with someone sharper than she was taking her place. Nothing but, pure jelousy & ignorance involved. These ignorant dentist had their insurance coordinator sitting at the front desk speaking to insurance companies on the phone giving out patients name, birthdate & social security numbers as other patients checked out with reception a few feet away and could hear patient information being given to insurance companies. This is a HIPPA violation and any patient checking out could sell or steal an identity very easily. I dont want to report them but, they could be reported and they would be fined a large amount for compromising the publics personal infoormation.

Martin Taylor Dentistry is no different than most dentists as well. They are all motivated by greed and propose work that isnt needed taking advantage of the weak minded who trust them. They want to bill your insurance company inflated fees. Never blindly accept a treatment any dentist propose without requesting a "pre authorization" be sent to your insurance company. The insurance companies employ attorneys & dentists themselves as they have to protect their own interest as a company who deals with greedy dentists. They have their in house dentist scrutinize the xray taken along with treatment your dentist is proposing on your teeth and most likely agree to pay in only a quarter of the cases they see. If the insurance company is rejecting the work being proposed call and ask them why and you will see they are actualy protecting you from having your teeth drilled unecessarily.

I have been told consistently by dozens of dentists trying to create work for themselves since the late 1990's to have a root canal crowned tooth redone or see an oral surgeon for evaluation of root etc etc. This is 2018 and twenty eight years later that tooth has never bothered me. TWENTY EIGHT YEARS! Now that was some good dental work.

DONT BE FOOLED BY DENTISTS THEY ARE JUST LIKE CAR SALESMEN...

I've gone to them my whole life. I've only needed a couple fillings here and there but they made me feel comfortable during the procedure and helped me improve my oral health. Even after a stretch of not making any appointments for a while, I decided I was due for a check-up and insisted on returning to the same one, and I will continue to do so.

I have been seen by Dr Martin for several years. Always prompt, pleasant, efficient. A friendly place. Has put in a lot of effort for patient and staff safety with covid for which I am most grateful. My hygienist, Natalie, is great.

I initially went to the office for a second opinion after another dentist told me I needed a cap on one of my teeth. Since I was not experiencing any discomfort I sought out a second opinion and a friend suggested Dr. Taylor. Low and behold he did not see the need for a cap and Martin Taylor Dentistry our now my dentists. The dental hygienist is compassionate and through all. Unlike many doctors offices I get in with little or no wait time. I recommend Drs. Martin and Taylor.

Yesterday, they took my wisdom teeth out. I was absolutely terrified, freaking out, and scared in the days leading up to it. The surgery was so smooth, I didn’t feel anything, and I felt like it was over in seconds. They were so nice and kind to me, provided me with all of the information and medication I would need, and did a seamless job. I’m not saying that I loved having surgery, but if I were to have to have it again, going there would be a no brainer

My children have been going to Martin Taylor Dentistry for the over a year and I have no complaints. Great atmosphere, excellent staff, affordable prices, and no cavities.
