Incredible! Dr. Taylor was so so fantastic. I have very bad anxiety with dentist visits/procedures. When I scheduled my first visit, the reception staff was kind and clear with the visit details and options when I explained my anxiety. During my first visit, Dr. Taylor and his assistant were so kind and calming as they talked through the options and my needs for services/procedures. Everything was scheduled in as few visits as possible and very thorough with sedation/comfort options and cost of services.
Day of my procedure was very smooth. They communicated everything to my friend and I (procedures, timing, care instructions, etc).
Even though I had medication and gas for nerves, I cried the entire time! Yes- CRIED, silent huffy puffy tears. But Dr. Taylor could sense my breathing changes, the tears start up, or my hand grab the blanket- he paid attention! He was so calming and kind, reassuring me everything was okay and I was okay. He made a terrible situation (for me due to anxiety) bearable and manageable.
No, I don’t enjoy the dentist now. But! I feel truly taken care of and less anxious knowing Dr. Taylor is my dentist.
