I have to give Dr. Brett 10 stars!! He was absolutely awesome, he took the time to work me in today. In today's time that's unheard of especially since I'm a new patient, yes that's right Dr. Brett went out of his way to make sure that I left there with my problem solved. Staff was very friendly as well. If you looking for a great dentist look no further. Thanks again for treating me as if I was a patient you've known forever.

Dr. Brett and the staff including Kayla, Katelyn, and John, at Northshore are extremely competent and personable. I had an abscess that was taken care of quickly and painlessly. All steps of the procedure were explained as well as my out of pocket costs. Highly recommend!
Have been back to North Shore for a regular check-up/cleaning and to fix a chipped tooth. My original comments still apply. Great personnel here — professional and courteous. Dr. Brett is a knowledgeable dentist who communicates well. Kayla is a consummate dental assistant with a great personality. Jim makes sure you get an appointment that works for you. I am so glad I found North Shore!

Words cannot describe how warm and compassionate Dr. DeCoursey and staff were to us. I absolutely recommend them as top class for family dentistry. He certainly cares for his tiny patients and their well-being. Which indeed relieves any anxiety a parent/child may have about the dentist. An absolute God send for us! Another plus is their office is very clean, organized, and well kept! A very calm and pleasant environment!

Great place! The whole staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable from the first phone call! Brett answered his phone at 8am on a Saturday got me in&an appointment with the oral surgeon in the middle of the pandemic all within the week! My daughter( 8)seen him for the first time yesterday &can not wait to go back now! The nurse came out with her, smiling ear to ear and she now loves the dentist. Thank yall so much for everything!

This is truly a family dentist. He and his staff go above and beyond to make sure every step is taken in all of our teeth needs. My children love his staff and him, they do not dread going to the dentist. His staff is so positive my children take pride in keeping their teeth healthy so they have good visits with them. Our whole family is extremely happy with the professional care they provide. We definitely have found our lifelong dentist!!!!!

Great dentist and staff! I had a crown placed he was gentle and very concerned with how I felt, most I have encountered aren’t that way. I loved it so much there I switched and made it my permanent place. Highly recommend!

I have been to many dentists in my short lifetime, but NONE compare to Dr B. I have been there for over a year and I won’t go to any one else unless he sends me there for any reason. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. Dr Brett is so very kind and caring and he takes the time to explain things in simple understandable ways. And I like how they make the effort to remember you by name❤️ All the girls in the office always have a beautiful smile and greet you with kindness. As for the hygienist Allison, I love her to death! I’ve never had anyone talk to me and enjoy having conversation and telling stories while in the office. North Shore family dentistry is definitely doing things right in the customer service department🥰😇🙏🏻☺️

This was my first time visiting North Shore Family Dental Care. Although, in the beginning there was a minor set back in communication, things were soon resolved. My dental hygienist was polite, professional and attentive. I very much appreciate Dr. Brett acknowledging there had been an issue and therefore would return as a patient and recommend their dental services. As I understand things will happen from time to time, it is the outcome that matters most.
