All the staff are always courteous and friendly. It’s nice to deal with individuals who care and enjoy helping others, including Doctor D. I heartily recommend North Shore Family Dental, to any and all!

For a while now I've put off getting the care I needed for myself dental wise, either not having insurance or just too busy. I finally broke a bridge in the front of my mouth and had to call an emergency dental place, well just so happened that I got lucky and called north shore family dental, which happened to be about a mile or less from my door. I called frantically and explained and was given an appointment right away. After getting in, I had no idea these young people were so caring and kind and informative and thorough. I might add, a good looking bunch as well. They're courteous and fun, down to earth and organized!!!! I absolutely loved my visit!!! I got my smile back!!! Bret got those decaying teeth out and fixed my gap mouth...lol and best of all the doctor called me to check on me to make sure I am OK!!! You can't ask for any better care than that!!!! North Shore Family Dental is DA F'n BOMB!!!! I LOVE YOU ALL!!!! I Am Ramon Thomas and you should make these young people your only dental choice!!!!

Went to Dr. DeCoursey with an emergency; my dentist was out of town. He worked me in that day, did a thorough job of identifying and explaining all options in correcting my problem. We agreed on a solution and he was quick and painless! I was very impressed with his skill and his concern. He has a great personality too! I recommend him highly!

It had been an embarrassingly long time since my last dentist visit (8 years), but they made me feel welcome and didn't judge me for the long hiatus. The office is clean and modern, the cleaning was quick and painless, and Morgan was very nice and efficient. The Doctor himself was understanding and clear about what I could do to maintain my dental health, and the price was reasonable for not having insurance.

I have always disliked going to the dentist (hence avoiding them for so long!), but I actually look forward to my next visit in 6 months. If you need a new dentist, check out North Shore!

I cannot describe how wonderful our experience was. My oldest son has extreme dental anxiety, so much so that we have not been able to get dental x-rays in years. Not only were they able to get them from him, but he also said that was the best experience he has had and explicitly asked to make sure that when it was time for his cleaning again, we would be going there. The staff was so friendly and down to earth. They all greeted you with smiles and involved both of my sons throughout the entire appointment. We will definitely be returning and have found our new dental office for all future visits!

These folks are awesome! Great bedside manner, courteous, kind, patient, and nice! Went in for an extraction, and I'm kind of a wuss when it comes to that stuff, they were very patient, made sure I felt no pain, played music I like to help me chill out. All around extraordinary service all the way down to the guy that brings you in and accepts your payment Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Brett and staff got me in for a very quick appointment when I developed an infection in a wisdom tooth. He is very kind and tells you every detail about what is going on and what the best course of action is. If you’re on a budget like me, they will let you know upfront what future procedural costs will be so that you can make the best decisions for yourself and your finances. Text reminders of appointments are great. I’ve had several dentists over the years, and the type of care I’ve received here is exceptional. Definitely give them a chance, and if you do.. tell them I sent you. Credit for referrals! ;)

Dr. DeCoursey and his staff are all a very professional, relatable, humble, caring and accommodating group of individuals. I am a new patient and am very pleased and impressed with their proper precautions they are taking with the pandemic as well as how positive the entire environment is and that goes for the entire staff. The doctor is the type of individual to give you the shirt off his back or jacket in his office rather. Lol. I plan on making Dr. DeCoursey my dentist from here on out and I highly recommend his office and not solely because of Dr. DeCoursey either but because the entire staff is great. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone from the friendly smiling receptionist in front to the assistant, then dentist performing dentist work on my teenage daughter were exceptional. Highly recommend North Shore Family Dental to anyone. They were professional and cost efficient which consumers appreciate. They are highly trained, skilled professionals. The staff are so so sweet, warm and welcoming. The Covid protocol they have set up is very organized and efficient. The office is updated, clean, organized and comfortable, but the most important part is that he is just a great guy and great dentist. Dr. DeCoursey is the bomb.com. I got a filling fixed in about 20 mins with no pain and it’s filling perfection. He is professional, knowledgeable, and has great bedside manner. This is def our permanent family dentist forever and ever. 🦷
