North Shore Family Dental Care

This is the best dentistry I have ever been to! The staff is always extremely welcoming and friendly, and has been from the moment I first stepped foot in their office. During my visits, they are personable and open to any questions and concerns I may have regarding treatment plans and services.

Update: Got my smile fixed and it looks Amazing! Really took the time to make sure I understood and felt comfortable. Work performed was excellent and well explained. Truthfully you couldn't ask for a better dentist office!

I'm terrified of getting cavities filled, so when one turned up during my pregnancy I told Dr. DeCoursey I was scared about having it worked on. He was very understanding and we were able to wait until AFTER I had the baby and do sedation dentistry. I didn't feel a thing! All the equipment was top of the line. The dental assistant, Jennifer, is a pro and so funny! It's a very comfortable, family friendly atmosphere... Dr. D even offered to have someone help me watch my two kids (under two!) If I couldn't find childcare. You don't find service like that very often. I've already scheduled another cleaning in two weeks. Make North Shore YOUR family dentist. You won't regret it!

This place has the best staff ever!! Dr. Brett isn’t just concerned about making money. He more concerned about what’s best for his patients. I have been going here for about 1.5 year and I love every visit. Keep up the great work North Shore Family Dental.

I may not of been the most polite of people calling that day especially in regards to everyday stuff and paperwork but holding an arrogant tone then hanging up on me without another word is equally and more so insulting and not something saying you give a rats rear about customers. I'll drive the 36+ miles to my original dentist who's never acted like that to me nor those I personally watch be rude ***** to them.

I had a fantastic experience at North Shore Family Dental Care. The facility is clean, modern, and very relaxing - which is important to me because the dentist always gives me anxiety. Dr. DeCoursey was super efficient and personable. He talked through everything he was checking with my teeth and explained what he found in a way I could understand. He also used new technology to check my teeth that was absolutely painless.

One of the best parts of North Shore was they were able to give me a complete break down of what all of my dental work would cost, INCLUDING how much my insurance will pay. How awesome is that! I wish all doctor's offices did that. I will be back next week to get one of the 3 cavities he found (my bad, I need to floss.). Finally, I don't dread going to the dentist.

ALSO...he didn't judge me on the fact that I hadn't been to the dentist in like....4 years. DON'T WAIT, GO NOW.

In my own experience with the North Shore Family Dental Care was wonderful!!!! The North Shore Family Dental Care, (Cares) make you feel like family and that’s rare! Shout out to Dr. Brett Decoursey the G.O.A.T in Dentistry!!!!

I cannot even express how thankful I am to Dr. Brett DeCoursey and his amazing staff. I had a very scary dental emergency. I was recommended to contact him, although it was after hours on the weekend. I sent him images of my swollen face via social media and he got me in ASAP. It was more than evident that my well-being and conquering the infection I had was his primary concern. I could feel that I wasn't just another dollar as I've felt in other dental offices. His dental assistant couldn't have been more sweet and calming as well. I was extremely frightened and they made me feel as comfortable as possible. She even sang softly to the radio while they were extracting a tooth to calm/distract me. I would recommend North Shore Dental to anyone and everyone who wants to feel valued and in safe hands.

We highly recommend North Shore Family Dental! All of the staff are very positive and sweet people. We're thankful to have a dentist that will even hold our baby while we get our teeth cleaned!

I’ve been going to see Dr. Decoursey since they opened and I seriously have been so cared for as a patient. I used to dread going to the dentist but now I welcome it. Everyone in the staff goes above and beyond, not just Allison who is the hygienist I see (even though she’s the greatest.) I’ve seen a few dentist in my days and never have they actually pinpointed to me what’s happening and made it so I can understand. I would give the highest stars available!
