Post from Andrea : Great experience. All the way thru . Front staff , X-ray tech, dentist. All staff. Oral surgeon is amazing. Took care of me , really cared . I wasn’t just a number. Went above. Thank you for helping me . I finally found a place I trust and will help me improve my dental issues. After going to united health in Huron , they ignored my urgent messages and let me suffer for over 3 weeks. Inexcusable. I’m grateful for Bright Dental . Thank you.

I went for a cleaning they got me in early and the cleaning was the best I've ever had. Very non intrusive. Then noticed I needed a filling so they did it on the spot..the doctor was excellent the oral hygienist was flawless and all the staff was hella cool. Thank you all look forward to the next visit.

Awful experience. The receptionist was great. Everyone else from the moment I was taken back was very rude. Especially the xray tech. I came in on Tuesday February 7th at 830. She made rude comments about my teeth. After that, when I got into the exam room nobody introduced themselves. Not ONE person, including xray. I felt like a bother to the entire staff a d ultimately walked put and went to Dr Namdarian's office where I was treated like an actual human being. Save yourselves and don't go here unless you enjoy being berated.

Our whole experience was good everyone was so patient with my son & kind, dentist & nurse explained everything so we could both understand. Dentist was very attentive to his pain level & making sure he was comfortable all the way thru his procedures. Even when we got home I was worried about the bleeding the nurse and doctor both spoke to me and was very reassuring and comforting. I believe our family found a new dentist.

My s/o who has great teeth went in for an initial visit and regular cleaning and was told he couldn’t not have a cleaning (which would be paid for by private insurance) but a deep cleaning was necessary for over $500+ not covered my insurance. He got nothing. What a waste of time and energy. Go elsewhere!!!

It was a pleasant experience, clean light and cheerful friendly employees. I would have appreciated having a minute to ask the Dr. about the findings on my x-rays but he told me I needed to see an endodontist and I left with several questions unanswered about the dx he gave me.

Worst dentists at Bright now in Clovis which resulted in having to file Grievance with California state department as they were trying to hide the information from my insurance!
I went to see Dr Cuenca at Bright now dental at 1420 Shaw Ave, Clovis CA 93619 because I had a chipped tooth. He informed me that I need a crown and he started working on the tooth the same day . He never told me that he actually worked on two crowns ( teeth 19 and 20 lower left.Very arrogant guy with no manners! When I returned, the technician told me that there were two crowns. When I asked dr Cuenca how come two crowns were placed he responded” Its in your chart”.That day I was sent home again with temporaries I have gone back and forth two times to the office and each time after 2 hours of waiting and then trying to fit them in and always failed to install the actual crowns. They keep trying to force them in and no anesthesia was used the second time – very painful. The answer is always we need to send it back to the lab. The second time they decided to cement tooth 20, and 19 was again left with a temporary for over 2 months. #20 was done so fast and I was not allowed to have the crown not adjusted. I that time dr Cuenca didn’t even stop coming and seeing me. Didn’t ask if it was fitting well. This caused so much irritation and the crown pinching on the gum on one side and not covering the tooth properly on the other side letting food and sensitivity. As a result, I suffered so much pain and can not still eat on that side with has changed my bite and now have some issues with my jaw.

waited 45 minutes before teeth cleaning. It was apparent that the hygienist wasn't having a good day. This office use to be great to go to but in last 3 years things have changed and it is unfortunate.

The front staff was rude today due to being a little late due to accident on the freeway and there was no one waiting in the waiting area. they were not busy, the front office staff can be more understanding to weather and traffic conditions.

Honestly, going to the dentist is the WORST thing. I have the more severe anxiety about it, and because of that I let things go until it blows up in my face. The doctor and staff here are THE BEST. I am not gonna lie, I always cry at the dentist. It's kind of my thing because of my anxiety and fears, and the doctor is an amazing human who makes me feel less crazy. Not only does his bed side manner rock, but he beyond quick and efficient. The staff at the front desk is amazingly kind and accommodating. I've never had a bad experience and they've been seeing a lot of me. I wanted to get on here to give this review because I am just so thankful. Dental work is expensive, and the dentist I was going to do charges me TWICE what I pay here for the same if not less care and comfort. I encourage everyone to keep up on your oral health and go here because you'll be glad you did, and you won't have to sell kidney to do it. They created ways for affordable care that I am so thankful for. 10/10 RECOMMEND.
