Dr Lewis is extremely thorough and explains the plan and treatment. My only complaint is that I continue to have ongoing problems getting them to file the correct insurance even though I have provided the correct information.

Originally went in for a cracked tooth and a cleaning went 3 times and I still have a cracked tooth and no cleaning. Also took months and 3 phone calls to get my money back I'll be happily taking my business elsewhere.

i had a absolutely awful experience with this dr. and office...i had a dental emergency and was not able to reach him was directed to another dentist who had no idea he was covering for him turns out he failed to change his message system back from the previous week...good thing i was in no pain but it was my front crown that fell off!!!!! also his office staff cancelled my husbands appointment and gave it to someone else because he didn't confirm there confirm...hello we had an appointment !!!!!!!...they said its there policy but i read that NO WHERE in there policy and when i confronted them about it they tried to say well he cancelled one his appointments before and didn't give 24 hour notice....UNTRUE!!!.....THEY WERE JUST MADE TO LOOK LIKE EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL!!..i should make this part very clear the date of the whole crown incident was also the same day they cancelled my husbands appointment which took me forever to convince him to go to as he is one of those people that are afraid of the dentist...he told me when he found out what they had done to cancel his appointments...they took it upon there selves to cancel not only my husbands but my child's and mine and sent me certified letters telling me to find another dentist...WOW...goes right back to all that professionalism!!!...don't let there pretty little office fool you!!!!....this by far has been my worst experience with a supposed medical"dr." i should also let it be known that in his letters he claims that we had a conversation where he says i told him i wanted my records sent to another dentist...this conversation NEVER took place!
