I called to ask if they were accepting new patients and the receptionist was extremely rude. She had no interest in speaking to me, and was short and curt in her response, telling me to just go online. I asked what dental insurance they accepted and all she said was "we require payment in full at the time of the appointment". I asked if they took PPO plans, since my dental insurance covers pretty much all dentists, and she just said "No, we don't take insurance." I've never heard of a dentist not taking dental insurance. That's fine.. I'll just go somewhere else. But she could have at least been a little more pleasant on the phone.

Greeted by friendly receptionist, and almost immediately taken back for x-rays. Tech was very friendly and efficient, and a good listener. Dr. Lewis helped me to understand what we were seeing on the scan, then proceeded with a tooth-by-tooth evaluation. Within a few minutes I had a summary of the recommended care plan, and was on my way. Very thorough and professional!

I have a serious dentist anxiety, and I really appreciated how thorough and comprehensive this dentist was. He really explained every thing he did and showed me the X-rays and explained everything in them to me and didn’t make me feel bad in any way. I really liked him and his dental assistant and I felt more at ease than I have with any other dentist since my bad experience 18 years ago. I would really recommend this place to everyone.

This office is always sparkling clean, staff is friendly and efficient, and they are COVID-compliant with masking and limiting patients within the space to maintain distance. Dr. Lewis is gentle, and explains what he is doing as he goes, which is helpful. I've been here a few times now, and he ensures you are numb before starting work, and even inserts the numbing agent slowly, as it helps cause less pain and discomfort. He has repaired a few teeth now, and now we've started the implant process for a missing tooth, and he was quite thorough in preparing for the actual placement, to ensure it would be in enough bone, that it would be anchored correctly, and even that it had gone into my jaw in the way it would best correlate with my existing teeth. I feel confident with the care I receive from Dr. Lewis and his staff.

The staff are compassionate and caring, and listen to what you want and need. I'd had a really bad experience with my last dentist, and Dr. Lewis corrected the damage, and did amazing, beautiful work that made my teeth look better than they had in years.

I love this dentist he is super gentle, explains in detail everything he is going to do. The cleaning I had on 2/10/22 was easy and without any pain, very friendly to talk to. If you haven’t been to a dentist if you can get in he’s the one you want.
