Our entire family has been seeing Dr. Lewis for the past 4 years. The staff is congenial and work incredibly well with our young kids. We have been impressed with the consistently high standard of care and office practices! And I love that they're willing and happy to take all our kids at once for their hygiene appointments. This is a great option for children's and family dentistry in Humboldt County.

I just switched to this office and wish I had done so much sooner! The friendly staff were thorough and accommodating. My hygienist Marisa was very sweet and good at what she does. She makes you comfortable which is especially important in a situation that often makes people feel anxious. She even had me pick the Pandora station while she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Lewis has a great bedside manner, is confident, competent, and his accent is delightful! They even gave me a free sample of an at home whitener available for sale. My teeth sparkle!

I just went in for a cleaning today and I enjoyed every moment of it. I was greeted with a smile from Krista, my dental hygienist and checked in with Shelby. They were warm and welcoming. My teeth cleaning experience was great and Krista gave me some great advices on tooth brushes and my concerns, lol even a tip for , I better stay away from the ice chewing.🤣
When I went to pay, Shelby informed me of some new up coming changes to their practice and how it may effect my in network provider. But in this small town it's hard to find providers who treats you with professionalism and sincerity. I am not letting that effect the great services I have been receiving for the past 2 years. I was so happy when they said they accepted children too, guess where my kids will be having there teeth cleaned at now.

Comfortable, friendly, and professional atmosphere. I have been a patient there for several years and just had my teeth cleaned by Krista who was very gentle, sweet, and thorough. Jann and Shelby, in the front office, are always friendly and willing to accomodate your needs. Dr. Lewis and the clinical staff get you back with hardly any wait time and make even the most complicated procedure feel easy and comfortable. All around great experiences and highly recommended.

It took four months and about 20 phone calls to receive insurance compensation from a dentist visit here. Part of that was waiting a month for the dentist office to send the insurance money from their office to me. The worst part is the dentist office never called me back for all of the messages I left or made any effort to communicate with me over this issue. They are not in any insurance network so you always have to pay up front in full. Really awful customer experience and I would not go back.

This is by far the worst dental experience I've ever had! It wasn't even for me it was for my son. I took my son there because they said they were a family dentist office. They were not friendly or accommodating at all. We made an appointment for a month out to have some work done. 2 days before the appointment they called me to tell me that they were not going to do the work. What kind of family dentist does that. I could have already made other appointments and not wasted a whole month waiting to get my child's teeth fixed!! Now I've wasted 2 months and have to start the process all over again thanks to this quote family dentist. I hope anyone reading this explores any other possible option they have before deciding on this office.
