Doctor Juan álzate was the worst Non-patient roughest doctor. He rushed through the whole procedure hurting me. Heads up he gets mad if you make face expression or tell him you’re in pain! Do not recommend at all I was in @ 12:30 and left @2:30 and walked out crying of pain." Another customer said, "I was so scared I was getting 9 teeth pulled the worst part was the shot it was over so fast and I am good to go back to work in only 2 days!!!!!!!!!"

I am so happy that I decided to come here I have not been to a dentist in over 10 year's do to a traumatizing experience at Western dental everyone here in the office starting with the receptionist were so pleasant and kind the young lady that did my x-rays was phenomenal thank you so very much for this pleasant experience.

I wasn't so sure about the dentist when I first started but they're every person that has been dealing with me each and every one of them are the kindest people I have ever met they treat you with the utmost respect that joke around with me their kind I love that about people and I want to thank them for treating me as if I m just as important as the next I think you all very very much from the bottom of my heart may God bless you each and every day

Dr. Was very clear on what he was doing and what he needed from me. Also him and his tech gave attention to my needs before I had to ask .(needed suction, a break, safety glasses even though I wear glasses). Good job !

I would never recommend these morons to anyone! The staff doesn’t know up from down! Very unprofessional with scheduling appointments the person taking X-rays doesn’t know what the hell shes doing!! Same for the person that submits information to the insurance company!! Do not waste your time going to this dentist office! Oh and not to mention why make an appointment you’ll be waiting for hours anyway!!

Would give zero if I could, I went in for a check up and they took X-rays the Dr. (woman one) told me I had 9 Cavities which I did not believe so I went elsewhere to find out that it was in fact a Lie!! I have NO CAVITIES!! Don’t Waste your time here they just want to charge your insurance and ruin your teeth!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff is extremely unprofessional, I had to call everyday for the past 12 weeks just to check if my surgery got approved by my insurance and I never got an answer. If you can avoid coming here, do it.

They are very clean and quick to schedule you in. They work well with your schedule. Dentist was fast and tried to make me as comfortable as possible!!
