Doctor Juan álzate was the worst Non-patient roughest doctor. He rushed through the whole procedure hurting me. Heads up he gets mad if you make face expression or tell him you’re in pain! Do not recommend at all I was in @ 12:30 and left @2:30 and walked out crying of pain." Another customer said, "I was so scared I was getting 9 teeth pulled the worst part was the shot it was over so fast and I am good to go back to work in only 2 days!!!!!!!!!"

I needed to have 2 teeth pulled. Needless to say I was uneasy to be there. Staff was very friendly and explained everything. Of course, not painless but quick and efficient. I would recommend Juan Alzate Dental Corp to anyone.

I was referred from Turlock to have 2 wisdom teeth removed which I put off for 10+ years due to extreme dental anxiety! 😑 but I was so beyond pleased with everything about my experience ,the office is nice& clean the, staff super friendly and attentive, and then the gorgeous Antonio Banderas looking Dentist Juan was AMAZING! ! he is gentle and very fast and efficient, he makes jokes has a great bedside manor ,and took both of these deeply impacted teeth out in 2 separate visits... I must say that I'm super impressed at how easy it was , He is amazing at his craft .... I would drive from turlock To Fresno anyday for this AMAZING DENTIST ,THANKS FOR FINALLY GETTING THESE OUT OF MY MOUTH

The service the staff are the worst people there red lines everywhere in that office most of all the staff is very disrespectful they don’t care about the patient they only care about the money and a production that they do they make patient weighed about one hour each visit that Office should be shut down worst place ever done ever get your teeth taken care there you will regret it. And a lot of the people who comment five stars are his employees that work there don’t give for this is a one star or even a zero

Unfortunately I have to give these morons at least a one star rating , this is the most unprofessional firm we have ever been to, from the receptionist to the cleaning person very unprofessional. I am not sure how they made it on to the list of providers. They must’ve not been screened properly.
They try to sell you a service that you do not want and try to pressure you into doing it , not sure what boot camp these people at the front office were picked up from but they are the worst.
People there are very rude and should go back to vocational school as they were not taught right.
They are lucky it wasn’t me as a patient rather my wife or else we would’ve had major problems.
I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
after reading the other reviews I can see why people are very unhappy with them . They should be removed from the list of providers until they get their personal situation straight . SAY NO TO ALZATE..........🦷👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
P.S. The only way to get these peoples attention is to file a grievance like I did, I recommend if you had a unpleasant experience to do the same .

Quick process for a first time patient, went in for a consultation and they were able to remove two of my wisdom teeth same day, definitely great at customer service from front desk to back room, friendliness, and clean🙂

My 1st time here was a professional fast and friendly experience. I recently went back and I can no longer say I will return. Dr. Alzate is a good DR. Don't get me wrong but his staffs has become a whole bunch of unprofessionals, mis-communications, un-knowledgeable and un-experience assistants. It took 4 people to take my x rays and while sitting there in the chair all the staff were just arguing about what may be the right position or not. Wasted a lot of time!!! And on top of that I was sent back to the x Ray room 2 more times to do some retake and of course the same s*** happened again. I was there bcuz I had a tooth ache and just wanted to take care of that. But they started doing all these other things to me that I didn't request for... Like had a hygienist measure my tooths and demanded that I "HAVE" to do it after I specifically told them that I was only there for my tooth ache and nothing more. They seemed money hungry! And now they want to say that I "Have" to do a deep cleaning before they can perform anything on me. Which is going to cost $700 just for a deep cleaning (Angie list says that's a lot for a deep cleaning). Which I call bullshit cuz 8 months ago when I was there for the same exact reason I am there now... They didn't tell me then that I need to do a deep cleaning before they can do any procedures. I can go on forever about my last disappointing visit here. Other than that, both Dr. There was cool. Place is overly priced tho.

I've never had a tooth extracted as quickly as any other dentist. They were extreamly friendly and very polite. Best dentist I've ever been to amd almost no pain.
