The assistant was nice and calmed me down but the dr was so unprofessional!! I just left the office from getting my wisdom tooth removed and I wanted to look at his reviews to see if I was the only one that thought this but no I see a few that felt the same . He kept telling me to calm down and I had my other side removed before and it did not feel this way. He didn’t even let me know he was going to numb it he just said open mouth and poked me so fast and rough , it hurt so bad . And the way he takes them out is so rough I’m definitely not coming back here . He does not care about patients feelings or comfort . He sounded Arab or something but it was definitely not dr Juan

I went in for my top wisdom teeth extraction and let me tell you how much anxiety I had from the numbing but the assistant did a good job at calming me down! Muhammad Nadeem did an amazing job by quickly taking them out. The process was smooth and quick.

Front desk people are rude and cold. No communication unless they are asked. I ended up being their 3 hours and NEVER saw the dentist because I started to get a migraine. An appointment was made twice but upon arrival I was told there were no appointments that I was Walk-in status. I don't have any idea what that even means and they didn't care to explain it either. Only good thing about this place with the man that did the xrays. He was caring and kind.

I was referred to see an endodontist for a root canal I had done 8 months prior since I was still feeling occasional odd pain and sensitivity. This office took my insurance, which only a small handful do in California.

I scheduled an appointment which was only 7 days out. I was told to bring my referral, ID, and insurance card.

I arrived about an hour early due to train schedules since I live about an hour away. My appointment was at 3:30 and as it got closer a few more patients arrived for the same scheduled time yet they got called in before me. Perhaps they give people with better insurance priority. I didn’t get called in until 38 minutes past my appointment time. The young women doing x-rays were new and not good at taking them. An older man was having to constantly direct them and retake some of their X-ray shots. I had never in my live had 40 X-rays taken but that’s exactly what happened! Again, numerous times they had to keep retaking them because the women didn’t know how to angle the camera or place the bite stick properly. I was getting nervous and wore out from all the radiation they were exposing me to. After about 50 minutes of non stop X-rays I was finally moved to an observation chair, only to be called back to the X-ray area by the experienced man to retake two more shots that the women didn’t capture correctly! By this time it was already after 5pm and some of the staff were saying goodbye to each other. Finally the dentist comes around and helps a man in the next booth then he came to me as I was the very last one to be helped that day. The good thing was that he confirmed nothing was wrong and that I needed no work done. Most likely I’m suffering from “phantom pain” which can last months/years or lifelong. It’s caused by dysfunctional nerves sending pain signals to the brain after I had my root canal done with my regular dentist.

I rate 3 stars based on the fact that they run behind schedule 40-90 minutes late in calling patients to the back to be seen. Also, the lack of trained X-ray technicians is time consuming and dangerous for your health. It was comforting to know the dentist didn’t try to recommend dental work just to get paid as others mention in their reviews. Finally, if you’re on Denti-Cal and you’re 18+ make sure to bring a $1 bill for the copay they choose to enforce. My other dentist never charged me the $1 but according to the handbook, dental offices have the choice to ask for the $1 or not. They may forget to mention it on the phone when scheduling an appointment. If you make an appointment here plan on taking the entire day off work or school to save yourself the headache of stressing that they are running behind and taking too long.

Took my mom over here from Modesto. She got an referral to come here. They got down with the business. Extracted 2 back teeth. Didn’t waste our time. One and done in a single visit. Worth the drive for me. Coming back again if needed service. Also kind workers.

Worked here for only a week and the doctor is very rude. he doesn’t talk to his employees if he does he talks to you disrespectful. if you complain about it they’ll say “you’ll get use to it” in my opinion it’s not a friendly place to work. love the employees! As for the patients. 2 walked out due to his attitude and how rough he is. He doesn’t sit and talk to his patients about the procedure. Remind you, only worked here for one week. definitely one star. Goodluck.

This doctor is very unprofessional. The assistants were kind to me, but Dr. Alzate was very rude and inconsiderate. Before the procedure, I let him know I was scared and nervous and he said “Aw poor baby, well this is your fault, it’s not mine”. During the procedure, I asked him to stop and he proceeded until the assistant held my hand since I was crying and then that’s when he decided to stop and numbed me more. He also kept telling me to stop crying. Even during my evaluation, Dr. Alzate was not communicating with me and was inattentive. After the procedure was over, the assistant was better at helping and instructing me on what to do and how I would feel for the next few days. Do not go to this location, you can find a good doctor at another location who will care for their patients.

All the staff are kind, nice and friendly. I had my 2 wisdom teeth extracted and the dentist did a great job! He did it really fast like not even a minute! I didn’t know it was done already.

They got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed in 5 minutes. However, the assistant didn't inform me on how long I needed to keep the gauze in. And they gave me Narco, an addictive pain medicine, after I told them my family gets addicted to things easily.

Staff talked to fast to understand, and didn't seem to want to answer my questions. I had to have someone call my regular dentist to get proper instructions.

I was very pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the Doctors office. Everyone there did a good job examining my teeth and deciding what needed to be done to fix my dental problems. I'm really looking forward to going back to this dentist to get them fixed because I've been trying to get it done for quite awhile already. The other dentists I've been to acted like it didn't matter if I got them fixed or not.
Thank you!
