Do not recommend at all I was in @ 12:30 and left @2:30 and walked out crying of pain." Had wisdom teeth extracted, although that is not a pleasant experience, the assistant that was present was very nice. (Fadi-wish I knew the true spelling of his name) He continuously made sure that I was doing okay and even when I felt I wasn’t, he assured me that I was. He also picked good music to play in the background! Fadi, thanks for the cool experience that I will be sure to share with others in the future lol. Also, thankful for my dentist Dr. Antonio Relucio Jr who found this place for me! Will definitely recommend to others!

Dr Alzate's dental office was very nice and clean. His staff was very kind and polite. The medical staff was very helpful in explaining all the questions that were asked about the upcoming procedure.

Fast, thorough and professional. Angela comforted my daughter and helped her relax before extraction. Overall it was pleasant enough for me to leave a review

I think they had a tough challenge w my husbands pre existing conditions and making sure everything was in order. This is our first time here at this office , we usually are seen in the same complex but a few doors away. At that office everything has been beautiful done in a timely manner and healing has been great so great job for the staff and drs. I'm sure as I wait in the waiting rm. everything will be great here too.... would I recommend this office??? Absolutely as well as Dr. Kumar who referred us to them.....

This guy is embarrassingly awful. He does not care about things you actually need but cares about making money which is why he’ll recommend things you never thought you even needed. Get a 2nd opinion on anything he says. My first appointment with this guy he says I have 4 cavities to fill. Understandable since my maintenance could be better. Next appointment he says he now found 10 more all of a sudden. What a joke. So either he missed 10 of them the first time or he wants to make money I wonder which is more likely.

This place is clearly meant for the classiest folks in town. It was so lovely hearing the woman sitting 3 feet next to me about to get operated on talking about her recent herpes diagnosis.

He is not professional. You shouldn’t be speaking other languages when your performing surgery on someone. I like all races but I feel uncomfortable being spoken about in language I don’t understand in the middle of my treatment.

I’m glad I went else where it terrifies me to think of what my teeth would’ve ended like under the care of this guy.

Also fun fact that I thought was hilarious - his wife used to be married to the office manager. Guess she saw that dentist money and had to upgrade lol

DO NOT GO TO DR ALZATE, READ FULL STORY. This office is terrible. I went in for two wisdom teeth removals. I had lots of pain on my lower wisdom teeth (both sides) and they needed to come out. I have swallowing issues when it comes to food/pills so I had a fear of swallowing a tooth during extraction, I came in with lots of anxiety. When I informed Dr. Alzate about my fear and anxiety of choking he did nothing to ease me, instead he pretended as if he was choking to mock me. He then proceeded, while this first surgery went ok for my left side (bottom and top wisdom teeth) I was not happy that he mocked me for being scared. I went back to him because my right side was experiencing pain and I just needed to get the teeth out. This time my appointment was at 10 and I didn’t get seen until 11:45. He was rushing, going from one patient in the room next to me back to me, numbing both of us. He proceeded to complete the surgery, like I stated before I have swallowing issues and with that comes a lot of gagging. He told me if I continued to gag a lot we would have to cancel, too much pain for me to cancel so I held my ground and just pushed forward. Once I went home, I noticed my cheek was swelling larger than usual. About 2-3 days later I was admitted to the hospital because an infection from the surgical sight was spreading from my cheek down to my neck. I spend 3 days and 4 nights in the hospital, when I was released they sent me to another oral surgeon to reopen the surgical sight (this was NOT covered by my insurance, I had to pay $400 upfront). After everything I am left mentally stressed and I became dependent on opiate painkillers, I am now going through withdrawal symptoms and still healing from the reopening of the area. DO NOT GO TO DR. ALZATE.

The only good thing I have to say it is that it was very clean. If you have time to spend 2 hours just for the x rays to be taken, and another hour waiting for the dentist to give his 5 second opinion and leave, then you are in the right place.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went there for my annual medi-cal cleaning and exam. The dentist there said I needed a deep cleaning, a second root canal on my front tooth, and my crown on a molar that I had since 2000 needed to be redone because "it wasn't seated properly". I was told I needed to see an endodontist for a retreatment of the root canal on my front tooth. Also they said I had two minor cavities that I found out through reporting them to medical fraud that medi-cal rejected the bill from them. On Monday, I filled out a form to have the x-rays sent to another dentist that I had an appointment with the following Monday for a second opinion and they said it would only take a day. I went for my financial consultation on Wednesday and was given a $4110.00 bill. Daisy, who was real snippy with my questions, said they would have to pull out the posts on the teeth that had root canals done, redo the crowns, and if I didn't get a deep cleaning it would affect my bone and later on my teeth would loosen and fall out. I tried calling later that day for some questions regarding the endodontist and if they had sent the x-rays to my other dentist because I was starting to get suspicious. After calling 3 times on Wednesday, the office staff said she would get back to me as soon as she was done with patients and that she was in charge of the x-rays. I called twice on Thursday and they said she would get back to me once she was done with patients. I called 2 times on Friday, the second time at 4:00p.m. and they said she would get back to me as soon as she was back at her desk. I called at 4:40p.m. and they said she had a family emergency and that she had to leave. On Monday, I called my other regular dentist to see if the x-rays were sent and they said they hadn't. I went down to Alzate's office and knowing Daisy was trying to avoid me I saw her in the parking lot. She said "I'm sorry, I had a family emergency". At the office, the staff informed me that they just had a break in at 3 a.m. where 2 t.v.s were stolen and the office manager Cindy who I guess is suddenly now in charge of the x-rays wasn't there to send them. I told them I would have to pay for x-rays at my other dentist and she said "I'm sorry". I get to my other dentist and he said my teeth were perfectly fine and that "they are trying to take your money". Luckily, the second dentist didn't charge for x-rays. A year ago, Dr. Alzate's tried to sell me a deep cleaning and the other same dentist office (not medical) said I just needed a cleaning. Also, they tried to tell my brother that he needed a deep cleaning and they also couldn't clean his teeth until he got that done. I am so disgusted I don't think I'll go to another medi-cal dentist again! They were going destroy my perfectly good teeth to make money. I am now in the process of reporting them to medi-cal fraud and the dental board. Make sure you always get a second opinion anytime there is an unusually high or suspicious bill and don't ever do business with them!!!!

Do not come here. If you have the option go somewhere else that will actually put you to sleep. I was in pain during my wisdom teeth extraction as I felt the pressure and my mouth opening way way to wide. Doctor didn’t even care too he did it way too fast and when I was clearly in pain he would just be like “turn your head” or “open your mouth wider”. Do not come here. 0 stars
