Very nice staff, very easy to get an appointment for the day and time needed, was given thorough information on services needed with pros and cons. Given information on what procedures were covered by my insurance. Only downside was that the specialist doesn't numb you before injecting anesthesia so you have to savage out the pain , but other than that service from front desk and Dentist was excellent...

I am a new customer with Dr. Roque. I really appreciate that I was able to be seen quickly. All of the staff are very congenial and professional. I was able to have the x-rays and the cleaning done. The only thing that concerns me is that they said if I want to have extractions done, that they might have to refer me to an outside dentist. Maybe it's because the extractions are molars? Other than the issue with who's going to do the extractions, I was very impressed with the services received.

Poor communication, they do not pay attention to detail ,they were inconsiderate to my problem . I have not been able to eat a normal healthy meal in over 3 years. My self esteem went way down after my proceedure. I wish they would take their time and do what is needed to correct their mistake . ..

Usually great service, always friendly staff, but today at the front desk they fails to pull my grandmother's folder for her appointment and we waited an extra 30min. Due to personal cell phone use. We arrived at 12:15 in hopes to be seen early or on time for a 1:00pm appointment. Didn't get seen until 1:40. No other patients were there. They weren't too busy. The receptionist was simply on her phone and forgot to pull her folder for the Dr's . otherwise I've never had a bad visit here.

Very nice staff and all, but my two visits here have been unsatisfying to say the least. My child and I had a pretty shallow cleaning, very brief. They put a sealant on my child's teeth that were chipping off SHARDS throughout the day! As for me I was denied a request of a type of filling, and the dentist only offering metal or a root canal. I refuse to come back for such services.

By far the worst experience, this is my mom's dentist and I have been trying to get her an appointment cuz her tooth fell out it's not her real one, I've called numerous times last week and on Wednesday this week I even sent an email to get an appointment. I've left voicemails. It's so frustrating because it would just ring and ring. Hire or buy a multi line phone,and hire someone that knows how to use it that's quick.

My experience at this facility was great. All of the people here are awesome. The main dentist is really imformative. He really takes the time to talk to you about the benefits of certain procedures you can do on your teeth. Highly recommend this place for anyone.

Thay where verry nice. But the dentist told me that i need 2 root canals and that i also needed the cap on another tooth also put he put in a request for the cap .so i went and payed 170 for an consult on the root canal and thay said i didn't need one . So i came back and now he tells me that on the tooth that im waiting for the approval for the cap . And now he says that Tooth needs a root canal without doing an x-ray. And I I asked why because he hasn't taken any new x-rays. So this doctor is afraid to fill any feeling's he just wants you to go get root canal so he can benefit from having to fill them . Im so med that i have to go and find a new dentist.

I had my teeth done there and the office staff is so helpful. I had to have my teeth pulled and was scared. I felt minimal pain and when I felt something might be wrong I was given a appointment right a way that day even. Today is my big day I get my top teeth. Will post for you to see. Thank you NANCY
