My Dentist- Ashley Huong Ho, DMD

I've been coming here for some time and they have taken such good, thorough care of me. I was in a bad place with my dental hygiene and appreciate their follow up. The whole team is great!

My Dentist really focuses on your comfort. If there is a way they can accommodate you during your visit, they will do what they can to do so. Before, during, and after. They are super nice and very calm. As a nervous person, I can't appreciate that enough. I'm happy to have found them.

I recently began coming here and the service is great! I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes to get attended, most of the time I get taken back right away. Dr.Ashley is always very kind and in an upbeat mood. The dental assistants are also always very attending and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the visit. The waiting room is very clean and nicely decorated, everything is very clean. They were able to quickly help me with the work that I needed to get done. They also made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure.

They do a patient appreciation give away which is definitely a plus! Really makes you feel appreciated. I definitely recommend this place!!

Dr. Ashley Ho is very professional. She is very thorough, gentle and patient. I have been coming to her office for 10 + years. She also helped me with my braces and I am very pleased. Arrived early with prefilled forms,appt was at 3:30. Booked appt for the full treatment of x-rays, cleaning, and consultation and they had me down for something else but straighten it out, so I thought. Receptionist said she will add cleaning and we readjusted the fees and I paid. I didn't get called in till 4Pm. Sat and waited for X-rays, didn't see anyone for awhile. The x-ray block they used was Xtremely uncomfortable and took way too long. It took longer for the x-rays than the actual cleaning. It's 4:40 before the dentist got to me. I had to leave by 5 PM. Dr V said he will do it for me and get me out in time. It was the quickest cleaning ever and the gal who polished my teeth took longer than the actual cleaning and missed the top front of my teeth or she didn't do a good job. As I was leaving, I checked to make sure all is square and they tell me I didn't pay for the cleaning and owe money. I retold the event and luckily the receptionist sitting next to the gal overhead the change issue, they didn't have change for me...and was able to confirmed that I paid in full. Sorry, it was just really chaotic,slow, and the worse dental visit I have ever dealt with for a x-ray and cleaning! Not coming back!

Dr.ho has been my dentist for ten years very fare And honestl always states the best course of action needed always asked if you are ok greeted you with a big smile has added new incentives to her practice. If you have to cancel or rebook there’s never a problem for loyal customers. As a new patient you will not be unhappy. J.grillo

Arrived 15 early for appointment. 2 patients came in after me were seen before me. Only wanted my teeth cleaned. Waited an hour before the they were even ready to clean my teeth- had to go back to work. What a waste! Typical California customer service!

I've been Dr. Ashley Ho patient for more than 10 years and I'm so happy aith her care of my teeth. She is very professional and honest. Her stuff is very helpful too. Ig you are looking for a new dentist don't hesitate to contact her.

I would give a less than one star if I could. I went to this office two years ago for the new patient offer of an exam & cleaning for $89. I left without a cleaning and an unethical estimate for $11K worth of fillings, deep cleaning and a mouth guard I did not need. I went to another dentist this week and received a clean bill of dental health. I have zero cavities and no gum inflammation requiring anything more than a regular cleaning even after four years of not having a professional cleaning. This office is not to be trusted.

I had my braces process done here and I couldn’t have asked for better service. All the employees here went the extra mile in making sure all the things got carried out perfectly and to my liking. They’d always make sure I was pleased with the service and had super awesome customer service. Highly recommend if you want valuable customer service from people that care and know what they’re doing!

For the longest ive had some decent teeth. Untill i started smoking. My teeth got yellow. Sensitive to cold and liquids. And the gaps in my gums were ridiculously huge. Always food stuck in my teeth causing pain in my gums.

After 2 sessions with Dr. Ho, the gaps are smaller than they have been in a long time. My teeth feel great! The pain i felt for quite a while no longer exists. I can drink water with ice again. (Trivial problems) but this office is full of great staff. All who help ease pain. (Anything that has to do with teeth)

I Highly recommend this practice.
