By far the best dentist office I’ve been to. We receive completely outstanding service every visit. Every employee is super nice and professional. They were very patient and gentle with my 3 year old daughter and made her dental experience amazing. Breeanna is always welcoming, attentive and goes out of her way to be helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone is the AV.

I’ve really enjoyed going to this dentist office. I’ve been a patient for 4 years. I’ve had orthodontic work done, overlays and more. The team is really nice. The facility is extremely clean and the technology is advanced, which cuts down on wait time for crowns and such. They do great work here. Dr.Ortega has a very light hand and is very patient, knowledgeable, and humble.

My daughter never had a great experience with the dental care before, but this place is the Best ever!!! Thank you Briana who understood how she was feeling with all the work she needed done, and walked us though step by step making her feel at ease. The staff from the front desk to the Dr who do the work. Best ever and will continue coming here.

I came here last year to get my teeth cleaned. Now I have always taken care of my teeth. I brush and floss twice a day and never had a problem. Well, this place tried to charge me $900 for cleaning. I went to another dentist, and they only charged $150. This place is purely in it to take your money

All I wanted was to make an appointment for Dental cleaning and I literally just went inside and no one was at the front desk?!!!
All you hear is coworkers laughing and having a conversation, they HEAR ME saying “hello hello “ and pause, then go back to the inappropriate conversations they were having.

Give me a free dental cleaning or I’d sue this place.

I love coming here but today just wasnt ok
I started off with Maribel and she was amazing.
Saw my amazing dentist and I had a cavity but he fixed it so quickly.
Then this is when it turned very uncomfortable.
I had a teeth cleaning and I didnt have my amazing usual man I had a female and she was extremely rough and had alot of not so nice things to say about my gums and teeth. Mind you I have been coming here for years and my other hygienist has been working very hard too help me to improve and when I told her that the things she recommended were not under my insurance she said well money isnt worth your teeth and then she stated That she was the bad person for telling me this.
I then went up too the desk too leave and the receptionist ask me how it was and I started crying and I told her how bad she made me feel. She was very kind and she told me that next time I will have my usual hygienist. I thank her and I left. I just hope they speak to her and that she tries to be kinder to the next patient..

Lancaster Modern Dentistry is the best. They did some major work on me, it was an excellent experience. Like the name says modern, they have the latest when it comes to dental procedures. I'm very satisfied! Oh.....and not to mention their staff was very attentive, polite, prompt and caring especially Breeanna this young lady went out of her way very helpfull. I will recommend this dental office to everyone.
