I failed root canals. The fillings are turning black—loose caps, overcharging my insurance. Vague explanation from the front desk; doc now avoids my phone calls and the manager. Ask for my dental records and x-rays, but no one knows how emails work. This place is a scam. They robbed me for thousands, and I still have multiple teeth problems. I went to 3 dentists, and all 3 told me the work was terrible and needed fixing. I came here in 2019, and they have gotten worse. Read everything they ask you to sign; Jasmine will lie to your face about what you sigh. And if they try to tell you that the new crowns or work are insured and not to worry, that is a lie. Dr. Ortega told me the same thing, only to find out he lied to my face. Also, If Dr. Michael Ortega tries to tell you he is the owner of the office and not to worry, that is a lie; he tells the patient's that to make them think because he says he is the owner, he will fix any mistakes on him.
