Had a 4:00 app. was on time, they had 5 people in waiting, was told to wait in my car at 80 degrees, once 45 min passed walked in and they said they were just going to call me. Had a referral for extraction with exrays, was told I had a charge for consoltaion, I said I was here for extraction, they said dentist had to talk to me. I walked out, will not go back.

The staff overall is very helpful, Cedric stood out for me today. They’re also very apologetic if you’ve to wait, the work is good as well I’ve had a couple filing done

They advertise a $59 cleaning, exam, and stays. However it's really only a polish, exam stays. The cleaning is more money and they only polished half my teeth. Poor service hidden behind all the modern technology.

This dentist continually changes appointments. They changed date of one and time of another without calling. Then the "new" dates they booked have been cancelled one the night before and another the day of. Been waiting since June and now we'll see if the 3rd time works later in October.
