Excellent staff in the front, the receptionist Bree was super friendly, Jasmine the manager was able to make my payment plan super easy, and Brenda and Maribel worked quick and efficient to get me in and out..would highly recommend

This is the best dentist I have been to. I used to be afraid of going but now I go regularly and have had nothing but amazing experiences. The lovely ladies at the front desk are so kind and quick to get you checked in and seen no matter how busy. The dentists and orthodontist are amazing and great at putting you at ease and keeping you informed on all the processes/procedures. I also can't speak highly enough of the dental assistants that I see. Each time I am seen they are super friendly and so efficient.

1 me sentaron en la silla del sacrificio, largo rato.
Sin ninguna pregunta si tengo problemas médicos.
3 se hacerca de inmediato el doctor James empieza a ponerme alrededor de 6 inyecciones de anestesia.
4 cuando ya me las puso me dió lijeros golpes en mi mejilla izquierda y me explicó según él era un "masage"
5 después de largo rato llego el momento de extraer la pieza inferior del lado izquierdo.
6 pero si ayudante con el aparato aspirador de saliva se le atoro en la parte interna de mi mejilla y me alcanzó a herir la conjuntiva de la misma ahí

7 me extrajo la pieza pero me volvió a poner anestesia dejando mi cara totalmente distorsionada y claramente le dije al ayudante que era UNA Sola pieza y el contesto si si es una.
8 al extraerla su mala maniobra dejo un pequeño residuo (esto no es de un buen profesional, y no entiendo quien le dió el grado de especialista)
9 al final me puso una cantidad de suturas y dejo los hilos colgando y después de 13 días sigo con dolor.
10 querían darme un droga para cirugía mayores pero yo no lo acepté.
