If I could give you guys zero stars I would. I should have listened to my mother instincts they were dead on. I didn’t want to leave my daughter alone with the dentist and staff but did so because they insisted due to COVID. They acted as if I was overreacting wanting to check on my daughter often. I went to check once and after that the assistants just gave me updates periodically saying everything was okay and gave me annoyed looks when I asked to go check again. I was worried because another child was crying while a procedure was being done in another room. My daughter was fine according to the staff. Once the procedure was over and I checked on my daughter she began crying. I thought she was overreacting at the office until I saw the open wound in the inner right cheek when she was having trouble eating later in the evening after we left the office. I’ve taken pictures and will be reporting you guys to California DCA. I’m angry that the dentist didn’t mention the open wound she left in my daughter’s mouth and the failure to provide competent dental care to my 5 year old daughter.
