I always have such good experiences here however they have disappointed me today. I called to make an emergency appt due to extreme discomfort and they were unable to see me because only the orthodontist was there today. I expressed that this is urgent and that my pain is so bad I am having headaches and that I thought it wasn’t very productive to have an entire day dedicated to ortho and have no general dentist available. She said earliest I can get you in is Tuesday. So I repeated again that I am in extreme pain. Her response was “you had an appt yesterday and you missed it. Best I can do is schedule you for Tuesday”. I am more than offended, upset, and disappointed. I have been coming to this dentist since middle school and I have never had this problem. Sad to see their employees disregarding my pain as if it’s no big deal. Please do better and rethink your scheduling as some of your patients could have serious emergencies on any given day and should have access to a dentist that can help them.

My daughter has been coming here it’s a very good place to bring your kids and for adults . Gives out toys to the kids . Very nice people at the desk . Friendly environment. Dentist are very professional. My doctor loves coming to this dentist . I will continue to bring my child and myself here . Very good recommended place .
