I like it here staff is friendly and doctors do a great job.
The only thing I've had problems with, not once, but twice .. I come to my appointment and they tell me that I dont have insurance, that they are unable to see me. Once again today I've missed work. I worked at a dental practice in the past, and we checked insurance a day before anyone's appointment. This way, people dont have the inconvinience of coming to an appointment and then getting it cancelled because of no insurance.
I come in today, miss work for my appointment for some crowns, and once I'm here they tell me the approval of the crowns has expired on Dec, 27 of 2018. I either have to pay for crowns or they need to resubmit my referral and I have to wait up to 6 weeks to see if they get approved. I think it's very unprofessional that they weren't able to call me a day before and they wait

Phd dental is the only dentist i would take my kids to i take my 3 kids To there 3 to 6 month check up there very patient with my kids As well as the dentist does an amazing job Talking kids into getting their dental Needs even when there crying like one of mines lol There very clean and Good environment they always treat us like Family No matter what time u go there never a long wait like other Dentist my kids would only let one dentist office work on them always giving and carrying for the kids always get a toy after every visit my son andrew Been coming here since hes a baby and loves it unfortunately he had 2 cavities and they took care of him Love this place compared to othere dentist office that have no experience working with kids Thank u phd dental

Haven't had deep cleaning as quick and easy.. I recommend switching to PHD Dental.. non appointment and been helped fast.. excellent service for best results.
