The wait time here at this specific location is ridiculous. They do not take you in at the time of your appointment and have no consideration to a patient's own personal schedule. Expect to wait over an hour even if you arrive at your "scheduled" time.

I was afraid I post a review but here I am, my experience as a kid to adult from this place wasn’t the best. First bad encounter was when I was a kid, I was there for my cavity fillers and I had anxiety because the dentist was scary for me. Once the time came the guy was working on my teeth an I was freaking out, then a lady came an was holding my legs down saying if I didn’t behave she’ll make my parents leave me here. Another encounter, once an appointment date came an I went the people at the front desk were gossiping and pointing at me saying my name, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I had many encounters before but I will not list them, I hope they hire better employees that actually help.

The lady at the front desk is always very rude and unwelcoming. She talks over customers. I had an appointment and wasn’t seen until 2 hrs later. When I asked how long in would take for me to get seen she raised her voice and talked over me. She simply said I can just reschedule you if you don’t want to wait like if I didn’t miss a day of work and my child a day of school for us to get seen.

Exactly last week I had an appointment for 10 and they sent me to wait in my car. I was waiting there for 2 hours they finally call me to take c-rays and sent me back to the waiting room I waited 45 more minutes I got frustrated and asked how much longer and they said I had to wait 20 more minutes I just asked them politely to dispose of my X-ray and walked off never again am I going to any western dental please learn to respect your patients time if you set an appointment stand by that time don’t have them waiting around.

Horrible customer service. Place is also dirty. Don’t waste your time!! employees are just on their phone and don’t help when you get there.
