Always polite great service and most of all they make you feel confidence.

By far the worst Dental Provider in Los Angeles. I love how phone wait times are 30 minutes , but are so quick and punctual to bill every month.

I was offered braces and teeth straightened, I was interested until I saw the contract .. (totaled to about $3,500)

I signed 2 pages out of the 12 page contract,

I waited for the sales lady so I can advise her that I cannot afford that and will not be following thru. She said somewhere along the lines of : its okay, don't worry.

So I thought I was done.

28 days later, I get a bill from this wonderful company that I have a $128.00 due soon.

I will be looking for a lawyer, who will be happy to help me out with this.

Also I asked for my contract that I supposedly signed. And apparently customer service can't do that for me.

Worst service in my 25 years of life.

I give this place a five stars because the people that work there are helpful friendly an ultimately fast. The prices for braces are kinda high but the payment plan are cool Makes it easygoing.

It’s a great place. People have different experiences then others. I had this doctor before and I felt like he was frustrated in a way or something but last time i went I had another doctor and he was a lot more talkative and fun so I enjoyed him. The only thing that kinda angers me is that I can arrive really early for an appointment and still get called like an hour or two after my original appointment. The staff is friendly and everything. They wanted me to pay for some stuff but I got a second opinion and that doctor told me I would be perfectly fine if I kelt brushing, flossing, and using mouthwash.

Anticipate long wait times. Seems to me like they overbook to milk out Medicaid.

They either can’t seem to find out what’s wrong with the tooth or they just really want your money. After multiple visits and about 2 months of pain they still couldn’t figure out how to fix the issue and wouldn’t see you no matter how bad the pain was unless you set up an appointment which normally was 2-3 weeks later. Also called about possibly being 10 mins late and they had to reschedule which makes no sense because even when you’re there on time they take almost an hour to see you. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Was very nervous, had to get a wisdom tooth pulled. Linda helped setting up my payment option, DA was very helpful. Procedure was fast and didn't feel a thing. Dr was great!

They called and changed our appointment to earlier because their scheduling service don't know how to schedule. Then was seen 2 hrs later an hour after our original appointment. So don't understand why they changed us. People that had appointment time after us was seen before us. Unpleased with the turn around time.

U have good customer service and they are very helpful for transferring my insurance from Long Beach to LA? And thank you for your time

I'm definitely impressed with the service and process I've received, the attention of the dentist and his staff was impeccable, they seem to be a very caring people, and I'm satisfied with the work so far.. thank you Western dental..
