I hate this place. I’ve had better dentist. I don’t suggest going here. When i was little I was brought here. And I was crying bc what they were doing hurt really bad. Keep in mind I was probably around like 4-5 years old. And every time I came I always cried (bc it hurt) and every dentist/staff would say something like “If you don’t stop crying we will give you a shot” and they gave me another shot bc I would not stop crying and they gave me another one 🙄🙄. They put crowns on my teeth even tho I didn’t need them. And it took forever for them to come out (idk if that’s normal). It took me 7-8 years for all of them to come out (idk if that’s normal or it was that place). I don’t suggest bringing your children here or anyone

This was the worst dental experience I ever had.
I waited 1hr for an appointment that I was on time for.
The Denstist was very rude and seemed over worked. He dod did not introduce himself to me, explain anything to me that he was doing verbally or make me feel comfortable.
When i asked him how he was doing he replied, "busy!" then proceeded to enter tons of information in the computer.
Before I knew it, he was gone. No explanation as to what my options were, but just brought in the person to talk about finances and jer communication was aweful. She did not clearly explain the probelems.
I literally cried aftee leaving this office. I felt very neglected.

WORST DENTIST PLACE EVER. If your appointment is at 1pm and you go ahead of time it won’t matter they will still attend you 2 hours after your appointment. Doesn’t matter what time you get there they always take forever. Don’t go here!

Wow! I'm gonna pay full price for my root canal, but they cant honor the appointments! I've been in so much pain for two months when I walked in, every appointment is a month away, and they canceled on me twice. The stress has me grinding and now my broken tooth is migrating. I'm so hurt

I've been here 3 times. Staff doesn't care. Dentist doesn't explain what is being done. I called to cancel an appointment and they had me on hold for at least 10 minutes. They have no urgency or respect for your time.

I use to be afraid of the dentist until I met western dental. I will go all the time now no matter because they take good care of me and help me get through it without worries.
