I went to see Dr. Shannon after reading a bunch of positive reviews. I've never really been fond of the dentist so I was pleasantly surprised to find that the reviews are true. One visit in and i feel certain I've found my new dentist. He was so kind, took time to talk to me and get to know me and what I was looking for in a dental provider and listen to the concerns I had. I don't think I've ever left the dentist laughing! The office staff was kind also and I look forward to going back for my next appointment.

Real review. Just finished my second root canal with Dr. Shannon and 😂 what a pleasure. No really, I didn’t even feel the numbing process. This gentleman also has great character, it’s so hard not to laugh as he preforms the procedure. I’m always given a warm welcome by his lovely staff and especially Kathy, his caring assistant. I don’t like going to the dentist, but I love their company and the professional work of Dr. Shannon. Don’t believe me? Go check them out and be happy with that new smile received! ✌🏻

It was a joy to meet Dr. Shannon! I had been between multiple insurance plans in the past years and I was happy to find him during my search. He had great reviews from patients and I completely agree with their thoughts. He starts with sitting down with you and getting to know you and was very gentle during his exams, as well as thorough. The technology being used in dentist offices are impressive these days and allowed Dr. Shannon to show me some old fillings up close, but he in no way pushed me to make decisions to have any procedures at that time; instead, he gave me some advice. Dr. Shannon and his office staff were all very welcoming and helpful.

I have always been afraid of dentist. I’m so embarrassed to say how long it’s been since my last visit. My past experiences have been horrifying, from dentist who did not want to wear gloves to those who ordered bigger crown than needed. The reign of fear is over now. Thanks to Doctor Shannon and his extremely nice staff put my worries at ease. They are very clean, nice and patient with me. That didn’t make me feel bad for not seeing a dentist in such a long time. They took the time to explain everything about what needed to be done and we made a plan to work with my insurance and payments. Thank you Dr Shannon and staff!!!

I started to visiting Dr. Shannon's office couple of weeks ago. His office and staff are very welcoming. And Dr.Shannon take an extra care to make his patients comfortable with his good sense of humor and friendly attitude.
I've couple of problems going on. And before I mentioned about any of them, he knew where I have problems just by checking my X-ray results.
I want to emphasized that point because I experienced that not everybody reading X-ray results carefully and correctly.
So far he did a crown for me which fitted very well and he was very gentle during his practice. I can easily say how professional he is . For my other problems I'll definitely continue seeing him.

Dr. Shannon is a fantastic dentist! He takes care of my children, my wife, and myself. His bed side manners are above and beyond, to the point where my kids are comfortable with him and not fighting to leave the dentist chair. My experience with him has always been positive and his skills as a dentist are amazing. His office is clean, his staff is friendly, and Dr. Shannon himself.....just down to earth. If you're looking for a good dentist, then Dr. Shannon is NOT the guy your looking for. But, if you're looking for GREAT dentist, then Dr. Shannon is your guy.
